Brad Williams did a good job. Very professional and courteous. Job was subcontracted thru Tarhill Basement Systems. Pricing seemed a little high but may be results of subbing.

Francisco Martinez and Eric did an excellent job of providing two new circuits for my sump pump and dehumidifier. I highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Touchstone Electric. They sent Brad a young licensed electrician who arrived on time for both my estimate and then the scheduled work. He was knowledgeable and easy going and installed a new outlet for a bidet. I recommend this group in general and Brad in particular. Thanks

I had some electrical work done as part of a crawl space project. Francisco Martinez was the electrician sent for that portion of the job. He arrived when scheduled and explained what he was going to be doing both under the house and at the electrical panel. He and his coworker were very nice and got the job done promptly.

Matt was very thorough and safety minded. He was able to come earlier than originally planned which was a nice surprise. He was able to quickly find the problem with our landscape lighting and repair.

Cody did a fantastic job installing an EV charger. He was very professional and got the job done right and quickly. Everything is working beautifully—charging my EV quickly.

Francisco was great. He performed several steps in getting to the root of my problems. At the end of the appointment he had me take pictures of the issue then told me what I should be seeing. I called Duke Energy shortly after Francisco left and wholly cow, they were out here on the scene at 6pm. Over the phone I shared what Francisco showed and told me. I also showed the picture’s Francisco had me take. The Duke energy lineman told me this was so serious that others had to be seeing this same problem. They went door to door informing residents that they would lose power while the work was being done. I am so glad I used FinditDuke who recommended your company. Thanks to Francisco my appliances and home is entact. Lesson learned, for electric issues don’t call a plumbing/AC/Heating company. Call Touchstone Electric. Thank you all. Touchstone Electric did some major work at my house as part of a large home improvement project. Their electrician, Francisco Martinez, was technically excellent, professional, and courteous. He and the Touchstone Electric management team went above and beyond the call of duty. They are not just number one in my book, they are the “only one” I will trust for electrical work and repairs. None better.

Brad did a fine job in scoping out the project and the installation of a new electrical wire into the rail space. He also took the time to explain what and he needed to do to get the line into the crawl space and why he needed to use this approach to the installation.
