David and the team at Heritage were great to work with. From the original site visit and even post project completion, they have communicated well, executed the project exactly how we wanted, and have stood by the job ever since. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Heritage Construction in 2022 to remodel our home(1000 sf), which was built in 1946. It's now 1300 sf. It was a major renovation. Everything, except for the bones of the house, was replaced. We added a separate kitchen, a 16x16 screened in back porch, and they opened up our existing living room without having to expand the existing structure. Upgraded to 200 amp electrical service. New roof, siding, windows, HVAC, new covered front porch, and much more. We found out we never had insulation on the exterior walls. We do now. There were challenges along the process, as to be expected, especially with an old house. They back their work. We've been back in the house since August '22 and everything is still good to go. We still can't believe the transformation. We are in the process of having them build on another property. Big shout out to David, Josh, and Blake for making everything happen. Highly recommend.

We did an extensive remodel with Heritage and David was incredibly professional throughout the entire project. He offered exceptional guidance and communication and was great to work with. Heritage Construction just completed a kitchen renovation for us. I cannot recommend them enough. The redo is fabulous, the process was efficient, the workers were great. David Myrick, the GM for Heritage was excellent. Our project manager, Blake was the best. They also did some work on the outsider of our house which went well too...I would use them again and hope to have them remodel our master bathroom in the future.

Last Summer my wife and I did a good size home renovation with Heritage. The team over there is very professional, did a great job keeping with the timeline, and pricing during the entire process. We are very pleased with end product and would reccomend them out. Several people from the neighborhood have also contacted them after seeing our before and after final product. Great job guys!

Heritage Construction did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Our project was a big one that involved taking down walls, new windows, flooring, rerouting HVAC vents, water heaters, etc. Heritage Construction coordinated it all.

We had a great experience with the entire team at Heritage during our first-ever renovation. David helped us completely re-envision the dated kitchen and upstairs bathroom in our mid-century bungalow which resulted in a more modern, functional, and greatly expanded space. Anna worked with us closely on design, color and fixture selections and was very helpful in quickly narrowing down from endless options to what fit best to our vision. The project was on-time and we received consistent updates and timely responses to questions and changes to our plan throughout. Just finished up another project with Heritage. They have done multiple projects for us over the years, all have been exceptional. The quality of the work is top notch always. These consisted of both interior(kitchen remodeling, bathrooms, stairs, painting etc) and exterior projects running a wide range of upgrades, construction and remodeling. We have never had any issues with the work and working with Matt, David and now Beth make the process very smooth. I would highly recommend Heritage Construction.

After Heritage did a fabulous job on a major kitchen remodel we had them back to do all three of our bathrooms. Again, fabulous jobs on all three.

Heritage was recommended to us by our interior designer. They were not the low bidder.

They produce high quality results, stand by their work for years after completion and they live up to every promise they make.

We had excellent relations with their back office project manager, their onsite job supervisors and all of their sub-contractors.

Flooring and bannister redesign up next. Heritage will be our first stop along that journey.

After years of living with a closet-sized master bath that had all the charm of a soviet-era waiting room and all the panache of a squished twinkies cake discovered under your child's bed several years after they've moved out, I finally decided to upgrade.

Heritage turned the space around with a beautiful tiled shower and floor as well as new cabinets and a backsplash-to-ceiling mirror. That room feels twice as large now and I am so pleased with the result. Heritage covers everything from demolition to tiling, cabinetry, electrical work, painting, and glass. The tilers and countertop installers were artists, and the painters did excellent work! The superintendent who was my main point of contact, Blake, was highly communicative and courteous at every turn. I'll be looking to Heritage for my next home remodel for sure! Appreciate David and his team who worked with me on this project.

We had an extensive renovation with Heritage at the end of 2024. It was a wonderful experience. Our renovation was designed to make the home more accessible for my disabled child and to install an elevator. A home renovation is a large undertaking and you need a team like Heritage to get you organized and understand the cost involved. The planning with Heritage was great. David helped on the front end to get our ideas down. Anna, the designer, really helped you understand that you must make all your decisions prior to work being started. Our project manager Kurt was always there pressing the job along, listening to our thoughts, and helping with any issues that popped up during the job. I cannot say enough good things about Heritage.

David and his entire team was fantastic to work with on our tub to shower conversion. The designers were fantastic at helping us keep our vision on track. The project manager was very communicative and kept the project running smoothly. We were even finished ahead of schedule. The entire team took great care to keep our home protected and clean throughout the entire project and it was completely turn-key. We literally did nothing but enjoy our new walk-in shower. I almost fell over one day when one of the tile contractors literally swept the floor behind him as he was leaving for the day. We couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend Heritage Construction for your remodel needs.

We were happy with our bathroom remodel with Heritage Construction and would use them again. Communication was good and they were prompt to respond. Some challenges occurred along the way, and they offered multiple solutions to choose from.

Horrible job!!!!! Didn’t honor their warranty, no return calls from Matt. Heritage was hired to do bathroom renovations, replace rotten wood on exterior of house, paint the exterior, replace windows (after David ordered incorrect windows twice, he would not order windows again, , replace carpeting, and paint interior upstairs. Workmen painted over rotten wood, used water down paint, incorrect paint in bathrooms, which caused the bathroom walls to streak, which David would not repaint, leak in the bathroom from upstairs to downstairs, Holes in the ceiling downstairs from working in the bathrooms upstairs( which were eventually repaired. Was supposed to have had a clean work environment….. nails all in the driveway and yard, dog knocked over the trashcan, which was filled with maggots. Beware!!

I I did have to repaint the bathrooms, and will have to repaint the exterior of the house after finding more rotten wood that was painted…. At my expense.
