They were fast on the service and very professional. The hot water heater we wanted was not in stock but they got us a more expensive one without charging more. Will use them if needed in the future.

After repeated repairs with 3 other companies. Grovatt Mech. went over and beyond to get to the cause of the repeated problem. Ordered the parts and repaired the problem. Gave me detailed invoice of the parts and warranty info of what was actually done to my system. Returns my call asap , arrives when he said he will. I highly recommend Grovatt Mechanical .

Called on Monday morning to see if someone could come out and check out my compressor on my HVAC system would not come on. A mechanic was out at my house by 12 noon and finished repairs by 3pm. At this time I am satisfied with the repairs and all seems to be good. He said if we have any problems to call him back.
I would refer him to a friend.

We've been having a cold snap, down in the single digits, here in Shawboro, NC and a component failed on our HVAC. I'm fairly handy with electrical and electronic troubleshooting and called several other HVAC repair companies to buy the part I needed to fix my heat pump and none of them would sell me anything without them also being paid to install it.

Jeremy of Grovatt Mechanical did an excellent job!! He showed up the same day my AC unit wasn't working properly, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and then fixed it! (My AC just needed a new contactor. Had used another company before Grovatt, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong, but took my money. So maddening. Called to have a mini split in my garage and within the same week they had the material and scheduled the install. Quick and easy install and they showed me how to use the mini air conditioning mini split. Great service and great customer service. Will use them for all my HVAC needs.
