These guys are the best in the business. You can text anytime and they will respond extremely quickly. They may not be able to make it there for a couple days however they will give you advice on the spot. They truly care about their customers and don’t rip them off either like other big HVAC companies I’ve dealt with. Great experience, our air went out being new to the area a neighbor had said they used them before and gave me the number. Voicemail said best way to reach them was via text, I sent text with a couple of pictures or our a/c unit thinking this would help. Response was almost right away. They came out first thing this morning, Repaired unit in no time and also gave us some advice and tips on our a/c

I called Odom because I was having issues with my HVAC working intermittently. Within 2-3 hours a tech named Matt was out and he did a great job! Efficient, honest, and excellent customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was for my repair. I would highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs!

We originally had another company coming but they kept canceling for days. So we decided to try Odom Air. Called them this morning for our drain clog in the ac unit and they came within a few hours. Super helpful! Fixed the issue and helped with ways to prevent future backups. Definitely would recommend!

Matt came out same day I called to diagnose a no heat situation. Had me up and running in 30 minutes. 5 star service and reasonably priced.
