Good office management and service for Generac generators.

Never returned call

I was looking to get a generator that would power the entire house, called about 3 weeks ago, said they were very busy, but someone would call, no response, called again yesterday and once again I was told someone would call me back today, no call back.
I guess they have all the business they need and don't need to take on new clients. I got 2 other quotes from other businesses the same day. I was told this company was great to deal with but not my experience.
I just want someone to return my calls so I may setup an appointment to get a quote on a generator.
Follow up, just had my new whole house generator installed, the company I did end up hiring did a fantastic job. They were very professional and friendly.
