Our AC stopped working and I called their 24 hour service emergency number. From that call until Mike completed the job I received nothing but A+ service. I think Mike deserves a raise 😉. This will be my go to company from this moment on for anything heating/AC related. Way to go guys, keep it up!

We had been having issues with our upstairs ac. Another company we have a warranty through was unable to fix the issue. Mike came out, took the time to show us where the issue was. Fixed it promptly and explained what was happening. He was such a nice man and so helpful! We’re only using certified going forward. Mike- thanks for being super awesome !

Mike Furmage was my technician and was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. Mike was also a very down to earth guy and awesome to talk with. I’d highly recommend this company just on the sole fact of how great Mike was and what he was doing to fix our A/C issues. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Certified put our new system and ductwork in 3 years ago. We have our unit serviced 2x a year. ALWAYS professional, polite, knowledgeable, and dog friendly. Mike was an outstanding technician he explained everything to us we had an intermittent problem we thought was the thermostat so that was replaced turns out that it could be the circuit board and the gas valve it's the intermittent problems that are a pain in the butt I dealt with them in the past and work that I did. But he was very professional explained everything took his time showed my wife how to work the new thermostat explained how the board works and how the gas valve works is an asset to your company would highly recommend certified Air to any of my neighbors or people from our church will be waiting for your call when the parts come in to complete the repair

Antwan was great. Called ahead and arrived on time. He explained to me a problem by showing me proof. He seems to understand that the heating and air business has a reputation of being corrupt (not putting words in his mouth--based on my conversation with him afterwards)--and wanted to make me sure that there was a need to address a problem by providing the evidence of it. He told me that there was a leak in my relatively new system and advised me to contact the person who installed it (no longer in business). So far, he will not return my call. I will need an estimate (range) in order to proceed. Again, Antwan is the second person you sent here that we liked. Since i have a relative in the business, I know the tactics some companies use and I do not think that is the case this time. I will talk to my relative, but for now, I am totally happy and trust this company.

Mike, the senior technician, really stepped up and has supported me and my needs for the last six months. I moved into a new construction home and had some unforeseen issues arise and Mike has constantly helped me along the way. Certified has bent over backwards to help ensure my new home is cooling properly and I appreciate their hard work and customer service.

David came out to my home to see what was wrong with my unit and I was very pleased! He explained everything to me to where I would understand it. Very friendly! Scheduling my appointment was easy and hassle free. David even offered their maintenance program to me which I signed up for. Thankful I was able to get assistance quickly and I’m satisfied thus far.
