Very knowledgeable and has years of experience and very personable. Not like the others out there trying to make you agree with work that don't need to be done he let's you know what work needs to be done and makes suggestions about anything else he needing to be done. I give them 5 stars I wish I could give him 10 stars

Never showed up. Called and was told he would call me back. I never heard from him not very professional.

Back in September, I had a cable company come out to bury an internet line, and in the process, they accidentally damaged the electrical line to my well. After contacting the cable company, I was told I needed to get an electrician, so I found Mr. Sampson through Google. Thankfully, he responded that same day and came out promptly to assess the issue. He confirmed that the electrical line had been damaged while the internet line was being buried.

He explained that he couldn’t repair it that day because he had another job but would try to come out the following week, which I completely understood. He even relayed the same information to a Spectrum associate I had on the phone during his visit.

Unfortunately, the following week came and went without any update. I reached out again the next week, and he mentioned he was going out of town. I told him that if he couldn’t take the job, just to please let me know so I could make other arrangements. He replied “okay,” but never followed up. After several more attempts to reach him with no response, I ended up having to hire someone else and pay out of pocket for a repair that could have been handled sooner — or at least communicated about.

I understand that people get busy, but a simple response or update would have gone a long way. I appreciated his quick initial response, but the lack of follow-up and communication afterward was disappointing.
