Zach Weir and his team at Air Today did an exceptional job. Zach was always there to answer any questions I sent over to him. He always responded right away and helped me understand everything I needed. Air Today also gave me the best quote and most reasonable price comparing to other companies in the area. I felt that Zach was honest with what I actually needed and wasn’t trying to sell me everything (like some companies do). They are FANTASTIC! Highly recommend.

We had Air Today replace our 21 year old HVAC unit and the experience was wonderful! Zach was thorough in explaining our options and the benefits of each, and temporary window units were provided to keep the temperature bearable in the most important rooms during the day of install. We had issues with the old unit being noisy at the return while running, and the adjustments that were made during the install of the new unit resulted in it running so quietly in comparison we had no idea it was on. Team showed up right at 8 a.m. as scheduled on day of install. We have noticed an improvement in temperature throughout the house. Highly recommend Air Today for all HVAC needs!

We had a fantastic experience with Air Today. We had them install a new HVAC system and duct work for our second floor. The employees were incredibly professional and did a wonderful job. At each step of the process, they discussed what they were doing and asked about placement of vents, returns and thermostat locations. They walked us through our new system and how the thermostats were controlled, making sure to answer all of our questions. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process and with their employees. I would highly recommend Air Today.

Called to a few commercial AC businesses to come out and diagnose and AC issue at my office. Air Today had the most reasonable prices and was able to get to me same day. Set up the request and they arrived within thirty minutes! Was impressed with their timeliness. After 10-15 minutes of checking things out, the tech came back to inform me that an office employee switched the breaker off..........embarrassing to find this out. Instead of gouging me for the diagnostic, they charged me a more than fair price and even went around and checked my filters. Come to find out we needed new filters too. So all in all, from the time I called to inquire about service to the time they walked out the door, it took 1.5 hours. AMAZING. That's what I call service. Will definitely be using this company again after this experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Air Today installed an air scrubber (iwave-r) in my house today.
The whole shopping and installation experience was excellent.
Their technician Josh did a first class job. He explained to me the equipment options in the quoting process and answered all the questions I had. That helped significantly the decision making process.
The system installation was flawless. The explanations about the equipment running and performance were very clear and thorough.

I have used Air Today for my commercial and residential needs for over twenty five years. Service and response times are beyond amazing! Today I had four smart thermostats installed. The tech Jammie Jr, was very knowledgeable set up everything. This guy was also very polite and respectful. This is something you don’t see a lot of these days. Once again excellent service! Before you call anyone try these guys out! Thanks again for a job well done!

I called and they came the same day!!! Scott was very knowledgeable and even covered his shoes prior to walking on my carpet. Unfortunately, he gave me some bad news about my system needing complete replacement but, he presented economical options and did the best he could to get my system running in the meantime with a realistic expectation of how long that repair would last. I was very satisfied and will continue to do business with Air Today!

It was a great choice for selecting Air Today to replace our heating and air systems. The salesmen took 1 hour to explain our options after he looked at our units and its location. He answered every question my wife and I had. He was very detail in making sure we completely understood the differences of unit’s that were available. We were satisfy and elected to move forward with the installation.
Now incomes the installation team, Shane and Elijah and You never know what to expect. First thing Elijah covered our floors from the front door all the way upstairs where the heating unit was located. Well let me tell you, Shane and Elijah worked none stop f or 10 ½ hours to complete the job. My wife and I were so satisfy from the beginning to the end of the entire process.
In closing if you are in the market of replacing any of your units give Air Today the opportunity to come in and quote your unit replacements. You will be so happy that you did, we were.

My wife and I had to replace our HVAC, furnace, and get a new ductwork as our house is 30+ years old. We reached out to a couple of groups and got some estimates. The companies said it would take around 4-5 days to complete the job. We reached out to Air Today and got in touch with Zach. We spoke to him late in the afternoon one day and he was at our house the very next morning doing his assessment and got us pricing. He gave us a ton of great info and explained everything very thoroughly. He informed us that he could get the job completed with his team in 1-2 days, which was much more ideal considering the temps were in the high 80s. They were able to start the work the very next week. His team basically got the job completed in a day as we had our new HVAC and ductwork installed that day and AC running by the time we went to bed. They had to finish up the furnace the next morning, but pretty much a one day job, which was incredible as it was a big undertaking. He and his team were extremely professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Air Today to anyone, and we'll use them again in the future.

Caleb did a great job checking out our AC unit to make sure it was running properly right after it stopped working during a recent heat wave. Gave good advice for things to keep an eye out for and offered to come diagnose it again at no charge if it stops working again this week. With the hottest days of the year these last few weeks this is very helpful.

After experiencing bad customer service with other companies in the past, Adam was a breath of fresh air. Adam was very professional, very nice...and put plastic sheeting up and wore booties while in the house as to not make a mess. He was very flexible and even when I asked him to do a few extra things, he obliged without any issue. Adam was very respectful and worked very quickly with great quality of work! My wife and I are both completely satisfied with the work he did. We would use this company again if not just to get this quality work again. There should be more like him. We would recommend this company again. Great job!

Steve did a great job. He was early and spent a good bit of time cleaning and checking our unit. He explained what he was doing and we would definitely want to request him in the future. Great response time and we will contine to use them going forward for all of our HVAC needs.

I can't speak too highly of the team at Air Today. Around the time everyone starts to turn on their air, ,my wife and I noticed the air vents in our home weren't putting out "cool" air anymore - just room temp air. So we called Air Today and Josh came out to take a look, he explained that our air system was completely out of freon and based on regulations and some other conditions it would need to be replaced. Josh sent us a detailed quote with multiple options depending on our budget. We chose our option and within 3 days the crew was arriving on site to do a complete system replacement. Jose was the lead installer and he and his team went above and beyond to do the job the right way. They asked a lot of questions to be sure that the system would best suit our needs, they even moved the thermostat to another wall for us because it made more sense for our needs. 5 stars. Air Today is a professional company but treats each customer like you hope a small business would - thankful for every customer from the top all the way down to the technicians. The system is running great and honestly, I wish I had done this sooner.

My excellent experience started when I spoke with Crystal. She stayed on the phone with me for 15 min looking up information and trying to troubleshoot my A/C issue, and I wasn't even a customer yet. I did schedule an appt and Tim arrived to our house on time. He even called to let me know he was on the way. Tim was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He offered us several options, including some that fit our budget. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience and are glad we signed up for the maintenance package. If Make the phone call to Air Today- you will not be sorry!

After recently moving into a house, the HVAC started failing during colder temperatures. It had to be replaced entirely. I got 5 different quotes and ultimately chose Air Today because of the financing option (0% for 18 months) and the technician Zach. He was straightforward and recommended the best system within my budget.

Unlike the other people, Zach did not pressure or rush me to make a decision. After all, buying a HVAC system is a major purchase. Before even hearing any competitor's quote, he provided an amazing and reasonable price. As a matter of fact, the other competitors were struggling to match Air Today's quote afterwards. Furthermore, Zach always answered my calls and texts quickly.

The installers were punctual and professional; it took around 7-8 hours as previously estimated. Air Today also sent North Carolina inspectors out to make sure the work is up to code. Now, I am content and comfortable in my house during this freezing weather. Thanks Air Today!

We replaced an old oil furnace with a new Bosch heat pump. We could not be happier with the new system. It is super quiet, heats up fast and there is no linger odor of burnt oil. The house just feels cleaner. One real up side is the energy efficiency. I have been tracking it and it is very impressive. The install service was great. Not easy in this old house. Thanks for a great experience.

We called Air Today after one of the big names told us some half truths and gave us bad advice. We got a reference from a family member who'd had them do several repairs and installs in a new home. All of the technicians we've met have been very friendly and professional taking great effort to make sure things are working right. They communicate well and really are punctual and complete when they predict. They offer options, answered our questions and gave advice about the existing equipment. No hard pressure sales tactics and we'll have them back for check ups often for sure. Great folks for sure. Thank You Air Today!

Zack from Air Today was amazing. He was very informative, professional yet friendly, and patient as he discussed our options with us and then waited on us to get back to him. I never once felt hounded or like he was up-selling me. He let his quote and product speak for itself. Before making our decision between HVAC companies, he was very responsive when I had further questions. They also installed a gas line for us at the time of HVAC installation for a gas range oven. Each of the guys were very professional, respectful of my home, and kind! I would 100% use them again or refer them to friends and family!

I would definitely use them again. Air Today replaced my upstairs AC unit and was able to schedule my install in just a couple days. They made sure we were comfortable by lending us some window units to get us by. My downstairs AC went out before the install and they were able to schedule it as well. Very professional group of associates that put my families comfort front of mind and it was very appreciated.

After suffering through 5 days/nights without A/C in July, I gave up trying to fix it myself. After reading reviews of a handful of companies, I chose Air Today. What a great choice for not only did Tyler show up EARLY (called first to see if OK with me), but he answered a ton of questions I had about the unit, preventive measures and if I had installed the Nest thermostat correctly. Tyler took his time, was very polite and professional and of course, fixed the current issue and provided me with details and quote to address the “antifreeze” low levels then or in the future….and NO pressure to take action at that time (although I did). I highly recommend Air Today and if available, Tyler D. himself! 5 stars!
