We have used Henderson Refrigeration for over 30 years for all of our HVAC repairs and installations in homes and in commercial rental properties. Terry and his team are professional and responsive, they explain all steps of a job in a way we can understand and they keep meticulous records. Many times Terry has figured out an ingenious creative solution to a problem allowing us to repair a unit instead of completely replacing which has saved us so much money over the years.

I am the gm at the South Charlotte Banquet Center and Terry has been servicing our equipment for many years. I appreciate his honesty, clarity and reasonable/fair pricing.

Terry and his team responded to my heating problems very quickly. He called ahead to schedule arrival times and was always on time. They went above and beyond to find the right parts for my older unit and got my heat working great again. Very knowledgeable and polite and also very reasonably priced. I wouldn't recommend him. Made an appointment several days in advance and called him 30 mins before arrival which he said he would be on his way. He calls back 2 minutes later to tell me he will have to reschedule for next week. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
