Great service. Technician showed up timely and was very professional. Performed a very thorough cleaning of the interior units including the drain lines. Checked to ensure exterior units were within spec tolerances.

Always professional, always responsive and excellent technical skills. Recently our thermostat broke when the temperature hit the 30’s on the Outer Banks and we lost all heat on one of our levels. Norris Mechanical was out within the hour to fix a faulty capacitor and got the heat back up and running. This is just one recent instance-there have been other emergencies over the years we’ve been with Norris where they’ve had the same prompt service.

Plumbing work in the house. Work was excellent. Very satisfied. Second addition: Heat pump just serviced 6/4. Excellent service, prompt, efficient, courteous. They are my go to people for plumbing and HVAC. Cannot say enough good things about them. Update January 10: Hvac serviced 1/7 . Excellent service as always. Keep up the good work!

Heath and Ezekiel were Awesome. We had continuous plumbing issues that we had called multiple plumbers to diagnose and repair. They had us spend thousands on new septic lines that we did not need . Norris Mechanical came out and ran a camera through our main drain line and found our issue right away . They even repaired and replaced our line that was damaged in 3 places on a Saturday. Thank you so very much .

I have had a maintenance contract with Norris Mechanical for a few years now. They are always professional and honest. They have replaced both of my air condition units and maintain my oil furnaces. I trust their work completely and highly recommend them.

Norris did a great job replacing our old geothermal units with a new system in our large home last year. Our family has used them four a variety of jobs over the years. You can always count on a first rate job. They came for the annual maintenance yesterday. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough maintenance as promised.

Scott came today he was able to find small leak in our coil. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He recharged our system to hopefully get us thru till next week when they will install a new coil. Scott also came last fall and checked out our unit. Again very knowledgeable with excellent customer service. I will always feel comfortable calling Norris for my systems needs, because of Scott's service!

Norris has absolutely the best service and their staff is honest, professional and prompt and very knowledgeable ! We would 100 % recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Norris Mechanical is great. They do quality work and the technicians are amazing. The problem with Norris Mechanical is the customer service from office. I have used Norris for all of my business and homes within the past 12mos totally $10’s of thousands in dollar amount and all of it is quality work with great response from the owner and Techs. The ladies in the office are extremely unprofessional and lack the capability to interact with any customer service edict or decently. Almost enough that I would consider changing HVAC companies to service the 7houses and over 10units that need to be serviced annually. In fact I will not contact the office again and all of my interactions will be with another company or with Hersey Norris himself.

We switched to them after disappointing response times and after hour service from other companies. Norris Mechanical has been wonderful!!! They communicate well with tenants and with me, are prompt, keep me posted if the call requires follow up. We recently used their after hours, actually spoke to a person and the technician on call, was very prompt in contacting. Will definitely continue to use them!!!!

I love Norris mechanical! I called Monday about my dryer vent, there is a bird in the vent and wanted the vent cleaned as well. They sent a nice young man over to assess and today 2 young men came to get the birds nest and clean the vent. The technicians are friendly, polite and did more than I even asked. They shortened the dryer vent for efficiency. We lived in Kitty Hawk and they serviced our units at our old house and replaced an A/C unit. Thanks for the prompt professional service.

We had a great experience with Norris Mechanical Services. Hersey Norris knows his products well, and has a great team to support him. It was very helpful to have Mr Norris come over and conduct the review for estimate since he not only performed a very thorough review, but was able to match or better price his quote when other estimates were compared. The install crew was well trained and very professional. Kevin and Rumo as well as the others completed the install of two systems for us in one day, so we were not left in a cold home overnight. Their work was outstanding. We highly recommend that you include Norris Mechanical in your HVAC needs. They are fair, honest and hard working, and Mr Norris is a man of his word. Norris Mechanical has always treated us right. We had a A/C problem. We called first thing and they were here by 11:00 that morning. Their technicians are always so courteous and explains the problem. Prices are fair and I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of. We also get the maintenance agreement every year. Good company.

We recently had a heat pump replaced by Norris Mechanical. It’s the second installation they’ve done for us in the past few years. The results were excellent in both cases. The crews were knowledgeable and professional, and the price was very competitive. I trust this company and recommend it without hesitation. They’re great folks to work with.

Justin was very professional and polite. He found we had issues with out outside unit, so called in an emergency call to have someone come out to repair it. He advised my husband what had to be done. Jackson came out about 2 hours later and was able to find the issues & make the repairs. Jackson also was polite, professional, & articulated what he did and what will need to be done in the future and why. Norris Mechanical techs are on time, do their job well & the company has reasonable pricing. I recommend Norris for your HVAC and water heater needs.

Had quotes of 13.5k and 11.2k. Norris did it for 8.8k for the exact same Trane equipment. Was completed in one day.
