I went in not knowing exactly what I needed to fix my air conditioner. The parts department guys were patient and listened to me. They helped me find what I needed at a good price. The showroom is beautiful. Everyone is so nice. I would highly recommend Aaron's Supply.

Great store, is changed a lot the last few years but the staff is great! Needed some hot water heater parts, texted them a picture of my heater, and they called me back with prices and options from not just their store but other stores in the area so i could choose the best for me not the best for them. They even broke down instillation for me because they knew i was doing the work myself. That honesty and customer care should be commended.

Kathryn B was so friendly and helpful, even though we mentioned up front that we were just passing through on a drive from Virginia to Georgia.

This place has the best selection of bathroom lighting fixtures we have found. Certainly options we have not seen in the giant box stores or the overpriced showrooms.

Used to be great place for parts.

They are Racist, I went in and sat on the bar stool right in front of the guy at the computer (with all the shamrock tattoo's) and he never acknowledged me being there. But 2 minutes later a Caucasian customer walks in and the shamrock tattoo guy is very Alert and ready to serve him. The other guy with kinda long black hair & glasses looks over me like I'm not even there and is about to walk in the back, when I said "Hey buddy, I'm here to pick up a part" & he says very rudely "Who are you"? I told him I was there to pick up a part for my Boss & he acted like I was lying? I wouldn't buy NOTHING from Aarons in Raeford, NC!!!

My experience in this store was awful. The ladies in the front were helpful, but the gentlemen towards the back of the store were very rude and condescending. It's unfortunate that I will have to take my business elsewhere because I really like to support locally run businesses. Next time treat your customer better!
