Best experience I've had with an HVAC service. We've recently had a furnace break down. I called multiple places for a new one. Most tried to sell me parts I didn't need, were pushy, and told me it'd be the better part of a day to repair. When we called Tyler at L&W Mechanical, I could tell instantly they were the best choice to go with. Tyler, came by and clearly explained our options, with no up selling, at a great price. The furnace replacement took less than half of the time the other companies estimated. We definitely would not hesitate to call them again I'm the future.

My upstairs A/C went out the evening before the hottest day this year. L&W was called and they came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Mr. Wright was very respectful of my property and did not leave a mess. I haven't experienced great customer service like this in years. If i could leave a hundred stars, I would. Thank you so much!

Our fuses to our AC unit went out on a Sunday evening and prior to that our AC unit had been keeping the house at a ripe 85+ during the hottest days so far this year. We put in a request with our property manager (since we rent) to have this evaluated and they hired L&W Mechanical. I called to check the status of their request on Monday after the fuse issues. The staff at L&W Mechanical were extremely helpful and professional. They made sure that we got into the earliest slot available due to our situation. They worked with our property manager and us to facilitate the quickest service possible. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day on Tuesday. Chris showed up promptly at the time we were scheduled for and did a thorough inspection of our HVAC unit. He listened to our concerns and worked on our unit for close to 2 hours in the 100+ degree heat outside. One of the hottest days of 2025 so far. He explained everything that he did to the unit as well as gave us tips to assist with keeping this older rental cooled off. Since L&W Mechanical's service on our unit, our unit has ran better and has been able to cool the house the way that it is supposed to. I will be highly recommending this company to anyone that is in need of HVAC work. Professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and just a top tier service experience in the days of when that is few and far between.

Saved the day! Our normal HVAC company took over 6 days to get us checked out and left without fixing the problem. L&M sent a tech to me in an hour and didn't leave until we were fixed. They are our people now!! Jason

First time using this company and it was great!!!! Arrived within the time frame they scheduled. Text updates through the whole process. Very professional and respectful. The technician was very knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. We will be returning customers to this local owned and operated business.

Chris, Tyler and Josh were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They run a reliable and dependable business with great communication. We were beyond impressed with their service. They replaced our old HVAC unit and got us up and running with new thermostats as well at a very reasonable price. They made sure we had all of our questions answered and took time to explain anything we were unclear about.

I had a wonderful experience! I gave them a call in the morning, and they were here the same day to repair my unit. It ended up being several things that needed to be changed, and they had all of the parts already on hand. I had AC returned to my home within an hour or so, and they are extremely friendly, and personable. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs!

Came out first thing in the morning the night after we called. Fixed the problem and checked the whole system while also advising us on tips to keep up with minor maintenance. Very affordable and professional, and knowledgeable in his field! We will definitely be calling L&W for any and all additional service as well as maintenance!
