We called this company when our heat went out. Our unit had not been put in to code(separate company informed us) and we had a leak. The owner called us personally and informed us of the issues and what our home needed. Within 24 hours and on the coldest night of the year our new unit was in. We’ve since had my out of town brother who is a AC engineer check out the unit and confirm what an awesome job they did. There office staff is friendly and efficient and staff hard working.

Was recommended to use Comfort Heating and Air by a family member and we’ve never been disappointed with the service we’ve received. We love that we can call 24/7 and someone always answers the call. No voicemail, actual people. If the office is closed it’s a live answering service so you can leave your name, number and the issue you’re having. Depending on the time of day, an on-call service tech will usually return your call within 15-30 minutes. They offer after hours emergency services and sometimes it’s well worth paying for so you don’t have to wait til monday for heat/Air if you get home from work Friday evening and realize there’s an issue. We’ve used them for heating and cooling issues, as well as cleanings of our unit. Always professional and they even offer military discounts! Definitely recommend!

Same day service was available, earlier than anticipated with a cancellation. I believe I’ve used this company years ago as well and had a good experience, but just today it went great again. Mike was my technician and answered all of my questions, I did not feel rushed. He shared his experience and advice, educating me so I could make informed decisions about my ac units. Pleasant to work with even when I called the office and spoke with someone on the phones, and so appreciative of response time.

Terrible response time. Our air conditioning unit went out Friday afternoon and 24 hours later not even a return call as to when or if a technician would be out. Find another company if you have any urgent needs!!

$1547 to replace a compressor that was under warranty. Unit failed 6 weeks later so I called the company that had originally installed the system. The replacement fee they quoted was $670 but I decided to replace the entire unit instead of risking another failure. Comfort Heating and Air is WAY overpriced.
