From the first phone call to service, Customer Service was exceptional. They let me know options for first appointment available. Sent a text and email. Tim Larson called me to let me know he was on the way. When he got here he listened to me explain my issue and thoroughly explained how to fix the issue and what the cost would be. I would definitely keep them in rotation should I need service again. Thank you!

I had an issue with a toilet in one of my bathrooms as well as my kitchen sink. Both issues were carefully evaluated, in addition to their expertise they were also friendly and respectful. Both plumbers Eric and Shane got straight to it in a timely manner resolving the issues that were brought to their attention. They also cleaned the mess from dirt that was tracked from their boots, which was really impressive and showed they honor their work. Sincerely a satisfied customer!

I had a few plumbing issues so my neighbor recommended Thomas Plumbing. Tim Larson arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He replaced my garbage disposal, repaired the toilet handle (which another company failed to do), and he gave me reasonable options to replace the failing water heater. I was so impressed by Tim and Thomas Plumbing that I’ve hired them again for another task.

I highly recommend Thomas Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They are professional, competent, thorough, neat, and efficient. They work swiftly and diligently to get the job done. I have been with them since the business began and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

Edit: Had Tim out today to trace a possible leak, he was so thorough! Wanted to make sure there wasn’t any problems in or around the house. I couldn’t ask for a better, trustworthy company…I know they will not rip you off or jack prices!

Phenomenal!! Super attentive, very professional! Shane (the plumber) kept me informed of everything that he was doing. I have no problem recommending this company….i have had them do work before and will continue to keep them as my plumber.

I wanted a water line ran to my refrigerator so that I could have ice and water at the touch of a button after all of these years. They knew exactly what I wanted and got an invoice ready and explained exactly what it would entail. I scheduled the work. Work was completed to mine and my husband satisfaction! The gentleman were very nice, very professional, and very informative! And a very special thank you to Tim who has gone above and beyond!

Amazing! Tim and Noah were right on time with a text that they were on the way. I knew I had water pressure issues but I also needed to understand the systems of my older home (well and city water). Tim went through both, answered all of my questions and carefully looked for any issues. At completion, great pressure, I understand both systems and I could not be happier. A great team, company and experience.

Honest company. They quickly recognized we had a septic not plumbing problem and saved us money. On a separate occasion they replaced all my parents crumbling copper plumbing and did a great job at a reasonable price. Two great experiences with them.

The two gentlemen/plumbers that came to my home were fabulous. I called yesterday asking for someone to come out and check on a couple of things I needed done they came today. The one plumber is the same gentleman who came out last time I needed a plumber. He is so down to earth and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Great as always! Tanner came out to give me a quote on a project. I got text updates with his arrival time, he kept me up to date as he was working and gave me the pros and cons of what I needed to get done. I had a quote before he left and we are moving to the scheduling process.
