Thoroughly impressed with these guys! A larger company tried and failed to repair our oven 3 times. Ifix diagnosed the problem and got the part we needed and came back in the evening to fix it, yes, same day service! Polite service and definitely experts in the field, highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience with Ifix Appliance Repair of Raleigh! It took about 18 hours from our initial contact until our refrigerator was repaired. Their service tech, Andrii, was prompt, professional and completed the job to our full satisfaction. Not looking forward to our next appliance repair, but when it occurs I'll call Ifix again.

Andrew was kind and helpful and truly impressed us by resolving our issue so quickly! Came out this morning to take a look at our dishwasher, had to order a part; and had it fixed later that afternoon. Thanks so much!

Vlad came to our house to fix our LG Dryer which wasn't drying clothes. There are lots of different things that could cause this and I've heard horror stories about techs just repairing everything instead of troubleshooting and finding the broken part. Vlad did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue, and he walked me through the repair, the cost and clearly explained the warranty as well. He was quick, he took great pains to clean the area when he was done, and our dryer is working again - all for a totally reasonable price, and he was out the day after I called to make an appointment.

Extremely prompt, friendly, AND knowledgeable! We had a leak in our dishwasher, and our technician took his time diagnosing the problem, which ultimately meant that a part needed to be ordered. He got our machine to work in the interim, so we were able to wash dishes while waiting on the part, then he came back to install it once the part arrived. They never tried to upsell us, made us feel comfortable, and were extremely thorough throughout the diagnosis, installation, and communication before and after. HIGHLY recommend going with Ifix Appliances- they’ll definitely be who we call in the future!

This time I called Ifix because my oven went into overdrive and wouldn't stop heating. Once again my experience with Ifix was very positive (this is the second time in about two months). Roman arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. We had to order a control panel, which he installed yesterday. My oven actually works better now than before! The only hiccup I encountered was a lack of communication about the part being ordered and its arrival. But ultimately the oven is fixed and we are, once again, you guessed it - cookin' with gas! Would recommend Ifix again because of their response time to my inital cry of help and the professionalism of their technicians.

Great Service! Fixed fridge initially & after having another issue within my 30-day window, Anton came back & fixed the issue for no charge. Very pleased.

Andrew was on time and started the conversation as to what he was there for. Gave me the company name and his name. Asked me a few questions and I escorted him to my kitchen where the dishwasher was leaking. He immediately went to work. Attempted several fixes to remove the incorrect original installation! Explained the reasons and after many minutes, several different procedures but the dishwasher was over 20 years old and could not be repaired as it was bent and could not be squared to prevent leaks! As a mechanical engineer with decades of experience on US NAVY ships - his explanation made sense with clarity and professional evaluation. I will ask this company for his assistance to install a new dishwasher. On a ten scale - I give him 11 🤗🙏

I used Ifix appliances based on reviews for LG dryer repairs. Roman was prompt, efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did her clean the dryer completely, which was all it needed, but he went above and beyond by staying and completing a dryer vent cleaning! I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!

Anton did a really great job! He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a full run down of the issue. He then communicated with me as he ordered the needed part and easily scheduled the follow up appointment.

Anton deserves a promotion, bonus, and and a raise and you will be in good hands if you hire them.

They came in checked our oven, figured out the problem, and fixed it. They were polite, efficient and reasonable. This is the second time we have used them.

Roman has come out twice for me. Dishwasher and dryer. Very polite and knows his stuff. Will call again if I need something fixed.

Andrew with Ifix Raleigh did a fantastic job to quickly repair what we feared would be an entire washer/dryer replacement. He came out the same day I called to diagnose the issue, and had the replacement parts ordered and installed in no time. He even proactively diagnosed a future issue with my dryer and offered to service it during the existing visit to save me time and future problems. Highly recommend!!

Anton is the best. I've used IFix a few times and had wonderful prompt service each time. Worth every penny.

Andrew, the repair man was punctual and was able to repair my stove successfully. He was very polite and courteous...a pleasure to work it. I highly recommend.

Andrew arrived the next morning after scheduling an appointment to diagnose and repair my 2.5 yr old Samsung refrigerator that I loved. (I did not divulge the previous diagnostic information)

I knew what the problem was since I had a Samsung repair man out to diagnose the issue at the beginning of the month. I paid the diagnostic fee to the Samsung guy but 6 days later I was told he does not do sealed system work. They wanted to set up another diagnostic with another of their local repair companies and charge me again for the second Samsung diagnostic plus other costs.

The refrigerator is warrantied for 5 years on parts and labor and this issue is covered, which was confirmed.

Samsung does not stand behind their products and their repair people want payment before they set up an appointment. Samsung also wanted my credit card on file at their call center in the Dominican Republic before they would set up a ticket. Heck NO! Samsung lies and puts the consumer through hell! Do not buy Samsung and do not let their repair people into your home. Their reviews and reputations are horrendous.

Andrew was punctual, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! He diagnosed the issue and let me know what was involved as far as time and cost to repair the refrigerator. The cost to do the repair out of pocket would be $1,200 or more.
(Many repairs done by Samsung people break down a month later as per reviews.)

Samsung does not cover warranty work done by good professional Repair companies with excellent ratings. Therefore, I made the decision to buy a new refrigerator and have the $3,000 Samsung hauled to the Samsung graveyard!

I appreciate all of what Andrew did. What I love and appreciate most is this gentlemen’s honesty and kindness. He will be the only appliance repairman that my family, friends, and I will be calling from now on. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew… I absolutely Love this guy! Thank you again Andrew 😁
