We had a great experience with Hardin Sigmon and his team! We are very happy with our partial bathroom remodel from the start to finish and with painting of two rooms. Jeff, our Project Manager, kept us informed at all times when work was scheduled and always made sure all work was done correctly. We could not be happier with Sigmon Construction.

Sigmon Construction recently remodeled our screen porch into a 3 season room. Our expectations were exceeded. Jeff Krasuski did an excellent job of managing the project. We would highly recommend Simon and specially Jeff for your next project.

Jeff and his crew coordinated a flooring update, along with other home repair projects over the past few months. Excellent work and wonderful customer service!

Sigmon Construction handled a major renovation (kitchen, bath, fireplace, powder room, pantry, etc) of a condo we purchased early in 2025. We worked with them for 3 months, finalizing the plans, costs and timelines, and the next 3 months were the tear out and replace/rebuild process.
They were absolutely great to work with!!! We love our new place, and feel that the time invested in the design and plans up front was worth the speed and effectiveness of the project completion at the end. It was 'on time' and 'in budget'.
John worked with us and our designer in the 3 month design phase and was able to show us 3d renditions of every room we were modifying. Down to paint colors, cabinet style, etc. He had super ideas and was great at identifying potential issues and solving them.
During the execution phase, Bill (our project manager) was top notch, managing all the many and varied efforts (and issues) involved in turning our condo into the stylish, cozy and spacious area we now live in. We are very thankful to him...
They worked well at the complex, honoring all the condo rules and regulations. This was key to us as well!
All in all, it was a fabulous experience with them and my husband and I highly recommend them to everyone we talk to who is thinking of any type of build or renovation.
We're in the warranty period now, and they've been great in tending to any issues we've discovered as we've been living here now. (not many issued, but all tended to in a timely fashion).
Can't say enough good things about them.

P.S. They recommended Cardinal Cabinets for our cabinetry and again, we were elated with the results! Thanks, guys!

Reached out for a full deck replacement, screened porch addition and a new exterior sliding door. After three months of “we’re still working on your estimate”, I finally gave up. Apparently my job wasn’t worth their time.
