I have nothing but praise for the roofing job that BGC Expert Contractors did for our house. Their staff was professional, organized, and efficient. Sully and his team guided us through the insurance process for replacing our roof and provided excellent customer service, answered all of our questions thoroughly and responded to correspondence in a timely manner. The entire roofing process, from removing our old roof to placing the new roof, took only a matter of hours. Their crew took the time to meticulously comb our yard for any debris that may have missed their tarps, and we didn’t find even a single nail on our property once they were gone. I highly recommend BGC Expert Contractors!

Very pleasant experience working with BGC contractors. After a storm went through, we found missing shingles on our yard. We contacted BGC for advice and they quickly arranged an inspection with our insurance company. Regional manager Ryan was very helpful and informative, we didn’t have to worry about making time to meet with the adjuster, that was taken care of and scheduled for us. The next day we were notified that our roof was approved for a full replacement! We were provided with plenty of roof samples to choose from and once we found one we liked, we were contacted by the scheduling team and arranged a day for the work to be completed. We were worried that we would have to wait a long time for the crew to come out but they were able to schedule is the week after our inspection was complete. The crew came out on the scheduled day, and the crewmen were so nice. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up all debris from our yard, none of our landscaping was damaged and the yard was left in perfect condition. An overall great experience choosing BGC contractors!

I am so glad we chose BGC experts to do our roof. I was skeptical at first because I just didn’t think our insurance would cover it. I hired BGC to install a new roof on my house and I am extremely pleased with the entire process and the end result. Every employee from beginning to end was highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. At a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, BGC was a great surprise and my roof is beautiful! I highly recommend BGC.

Everyone I dealt with were extremely trustworthy and customer driven. I could tell everyone had my best intentions as a consumer and not a target as I have experienced in the past. I could tell right away that both Lee H. and Laura S. were top notch. Rarely do I see this level of customer service and care anymore. And as far as the work goes... I have. beautiful new roof that's already been tested and passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend this group... especially if you ask for Lee and Laura.

BGC expert contractors has replaced several roofs for us on various rental properties. They have done an outstanding job! Daniel is wonderful to work with and is an excellent communicator!

Andrew inspected our roof and found numerous spots of hail damage on the roof and gutters. He met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed with his review. BGC did a great job installing the new roof and gutters. Andrew provided with samples (real samples) and left them with us for a week to decide on the color. Everything looks great. BGC also have the highest certifications from GAF for installers which is great to know.

BGC did a really good job in replacing my roof. I was denied by nationwide in 2021, Bilal help me in 2023 to help with the claim and he represented me for the adjuster meeting. And finally they approved the roof for full replacement. I’ll recommend BGC to anyone who wants to get there roof replacement and I guarantee they will help you with everything.

August 15th was a memorable day as a home owner ! For a brief few minutes I've never quite experienced a storm/tornado like we had to go thru our neighborhood. I was in total shock when it was over and I began to survey the damage. Very soon after the storm the neighborhood was filled with roofing companies. Too many to count but BGC Expert Contractors just stood out to me. They quickly got my attention with their genuine concern and professional presentation. Daniel White and Garrett Ball quickly eased my mind, offered a free estimate and presented me with a folder from their company detailing their mission statement, the products they use and offering to be with me when the Insurance Adjuster came to inspect. All my questions were answered, they checked in periodically until I got insurance approval. Every step and the details of the roofing installation was explained in clear detail that I could understand. Installation day was flawless. No issues at all. Roofers were on time, took great care of my property and my roof looks amazing ! I couldn't be more pleased with BGC. My biggest take away was their approach. It was obvious that Daniel White took pride in knowing his business and believing in his company that they could guarantee quality work and professionalism. Garrett Ball was completing his training and was right there supporting and adding to an overall outstanding experience. BGC is very fortunate to have these dedicate men represent this company. BGC installed a new roof on my house after it sustained significant storm damage. Garrett was my point of contact for the project. He was professional and very responsive. He worked with my insurance company throughout the claim process and kept me informed along the way. Once the job was completed, Garrett performed a walk around inspection of the work and swept the yard and driveway for any roofing nails that might have been left behind. The next day, Alex, came by to do another sweep for nails. Whenever I would call the BGC office someone always answered the phone. Everyone I dealt with at BGC was very thorough and very conscientious. I highly recommend BGC for any home construction projects.

BGC Contractors replaced my shingle roof and was very patient, persistent after a long haul with my insurance company for almost 3 years. A few days ago, I had to replace the roof of my house and I couldn't find a better company and representative to do it better than this company, BGC Expert Contractors. I highly recommend the company BGC and its sales manager Daniel White. He is very nice and professional. He helped me with the entire process starting with the insurance claim and making sure to do everything necessary to get the insurance approved to finishing all the work. He is incredible. I am very grateful to Daniel.
