I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with ERS Construction. Dylan was my project manager and he and the team were nothing but professional throughout our entire experience. He helped solved a tricky problem with water leakage around our window. I would be happy to rehire them for future projects.

ERS fixed a leak in our sunroom roof that was caused by incorrectly applied flashing - quick, polite, good price, and on time. Lyle and Dylan are both very friendly and helpful as well. They're my go-to for home repairs now.

Dylan came out to assess the leak in my ceiling and was able to determine the cause of the problem. He was amazingly thorough and explained everything. He provided me with options and never pushed for pricier solutions. His team came out a few days later and fixed the problem very quickly and professionally. Dylan later came by to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company. They were on time, professional, honest and very friendly. Will definitely hire them again! We had some water damage to our front porch and ERS was great working with our insurance. We decided to go ahead and replace the whole roof at the same time. This involved different invoices and I believe three different crews. It could have been a confusing mess, but it was the opposite! Everyone was wonderful and responded promptly any questions. The work looks great.

ERS Construction was great to deal with! We needed a new roof and during our fist meeting, they surveyed our roof, and walked us through the process and steps in getting my homeowner's insurance. They even showed up when my homeowner's insurance came to do their own survey of the roof. Once everything was ready to go they finished the roof in the day. The team was professional, neat, and cleaned up was outstanding. Overall ERS construction's communication, professionalism, and caring for what are needs were went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Diffidently recommend to anyone if they need a roof or any type of other construction they do.

ERS Construction are exceptionally great at what they do from initial consultation to performance during the job and clean up! We had a roof replaced and deck repaired and both teams were amazing. I highly recommend them, and we will use ERS again as needed.

Dylan is an absolute professional. My husband and I are purchasing our first home and he has gone above and beyond to talk us through our current situation and provide us with all of the information we need. Had my first experience with ERS the other day. We had what seemed to be a wave in our roof above our garage and ERS was recommended to us by a friend. Dylan came out to give the roof an inspection and it was a great experience. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. After going on the roof and in the attic he was able to reassure us that there was no structural damage or concern with the roof. He did find some nail pops under some of the shingles that needed attention and showed me what to look for in the future to avoid any water issues. I will be using ERS from here out going forward due to Dylan's transparency and honesty with his business! Thanks ERS!!

My repair project was small but tricky: rotted board between 2 roof sections. ERS Construction was quick to take a look and give me an estimate. Weather complicated the repair itself, but ERS was very good at communicating changes needed. Once the sun came out the repair was done in short order -- and well. Thanks, ERS!

Professional, courteous, quick response, and excellent work. Dylan and Kaz were out the day after I called and explained everything they would do. In 4 days the job started, and 2 days later I had a new roof! They followed through 100% with everything they said they’d do, even providing extra protection for special plants and covering things inside the attic. The cleanup was meticulous - you can’t even tell they were here! And most importantly the roof looks amazing!
