As soon as we met with Allen, I knew we were in terrific hands. He just knows houses inside and out - what works, what doesn’t. He answers my questions quickly and honestly. The biggest thing that comes up for me when I think about HBH is trust. I trust them to do what makes sense and functions well for a family in a home. Aesthetics, high quality, and beauty aside, I know that our house is going to work exceptionally well and fit our lifestyle. I was nervous about building a house, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat with Hayes Barton. When we decide to finish our 3rd floor in a few years, I will definitely be giving him a call!

We moved into our Hayes Barton home in early May and couldn't be happier. Several aspects of the buying experience with Allen and Hayes Barton homes were outstanding. 1) the home is beautiful inside and out with outstanding design, craftsmanship and quality. 2) Allen was flexible and extremely helpful during the pre- and post-close periods making adjustments and touchups inside and out. 3) The landscaping was move in ready and fits, as does the house, perfectly with the neighborhood. The pictures are self-evident and they truly are as good as they look with an excellent overall experience with Hayes Barton Homes.

Hayes Barton has built two homes for us, and we cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience we had with both. We’ve built several homes in the Triangle and our experience with Allen and Hayes Barton far exceeded our expectations as well as our previous experiences with other builders. The detail and the quality of the work in these homes is like no other. Allen is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Hayes Barton Homes and would use them again in the future!
