They did an amazing job at our coffee shop cleaning up a lot of heavy use areas. They worked around our schedule and were so accommodating. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

We hired ProMax Clean to clean our newly purchased location, which was an existing practice with over 15 years of patient traffic. The office needed some serious TLC and ProMax definitely delivered. They worked around our busy patient service hours and came in and worked some real magic making our office look fantastic! Their scheduling, invoicing and payment systems were easy to use which was essential for me and made setting up our account and cleaning services a breeze. The staff was courteous and professional and hardworking and we are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend you give them a call and see how much easier your life will be letting them take your housekeeping worries off your shoulders!

We used Pro Max Clean for over a year with no issue. Then a new employee broke a ceramic toothbrush holder and scratched our $1500 dining room table in two places. It took three days for the Field Manager to follow up to my complaint and then I was offered only an apology. No offer of compensation or discount for that days services. I contacted the owner and requested that the fee for that day be waived. The owner admitted fault and said she did believe her new employee caused the damage, but would only give us a 50% discount. When I expressed that it was unacceptable she then backtracked and asserted that her team could not have caused the damage. She has also since brought issue with it taking a few days to contact her regarding the damage (although we were never provided paperwork or signed anything stating that damages needed to be reported in 24 hours). My in-laws were in town so my husband and I could go away without children for our 10 year anniversary. So I'm sure anyone can understand why we contacted her when we returned. We have timestamped pictures of the damage on the day of service. I would not use Pro Max Clean. They are not the "Pros" they claim to be. How a business handles conflict speaks volumes and they have handled this horribly. I could have and probably should have requested their insurance information to file a claim.
