Hey guys, thanks for the work you did for my friend on their pool, they don't use the web much, but the service and repairs were better and cheaper than we were quoted elsewhere. Very professional, would recommend.

The installation and product was fine the follow up support was lacking

Not sure of this company's work but the answering service leaves a lot to be desired. LOL the man answered the phone just said "hello" , I proceeded to ask was this southeast pools, he said "yes", then he hung up on me...

Unfortunately they never answered the phone or called me back from the messages i left them.

This company nickel and dimes you for everything and then acts like they’re giving you a deal. The pool service itself is mediocre and most of the time I’ve seen employees just netting the leaves up instead of actually vacuuming the pool like they should. Employees also leave messes that I’ve had to clean up. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

The install crew is unprofessional and unpolite and rude. They did not really want to work and the videos and remarks captured by my surveillance system were unacceptable. They were sent pictures and asked to come survey site in advance but they refused. Drew may need to find some new help and his attitude sucked as well and he wasted my time.
