This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning crew! They were so nice and informative. I have shared TigerDry info to family and friends urging them that they will not be disappointed. The prices alone will have me coming back! I had my entire house shampooed: 6 rooms, stairs, landing and hall way did not break the bank for me.

Great service! Octavio came out the same day to check out our floors and provide a quote on the work. We scheduled it for later that week and he spent the entire day (even after hours) making the floors shine to ensure it was all done! Great communication, friendly team and excellent work, thanks!

Although I’m giving them a 5 star rating, the reality with this kind of job is who does the work. I had Octavio H do my basement, which is large enough to constitute a 5 bedroom house (which by Tiger Drys assessment is 1000-1200 square feet, read the fine print on that one).

He showed up on time, did a black light test to see if their were any pet stains, offered all the extra stuff that the company makes their real money on (I opted for one of them) then began. He took his time and did a thorough job. He was polite, professional, and competent.

I used a Living Social deal, and with the extra option I agreed to it added about 50% to the price (which I was fully expecting, this is not my first carpet cleaning) but overall I think I received a fair deal and great service by Octavio.

Not only did Octavio and his team do an amazing job, but they were also by far the best price.

I had estimated room sizes and gotten a quote. A really good quote! But I came in expecting to be hit with a lot of extra charges since there were a few oversized rooms and a walk in closet in the master bedroom. This is not my first rodeo.. However I was pleasantly surprised when the final price quoted was still less than half what I had been quoted by another company.

The carpet really needed it, and when they were done it looked great. I took a couple pictures of the downstairs (didn't want to walk on the just cleaned carpet).

If you need your carpet cleaned, you should use them. These guys can make it look brand new for an amazing price.

TigerDry technicians were very professional and thorough! I'd highly recommend their services and plan to use them again in the future. I was quite impressed with their wall corner guards and entry way coverings to protect my house. They took pride in a job well done. They were easy to contact and quick to answer questions.

I told David upfront that I had low expectations for the carpet cleaning because our carpets were SO dirty. He assured me that they would look great and sure enough, I am blown away by the transformation! Not only that, but he was polite and efficient. I am very pleased with the experience and won’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I've had TigerDry come in twice to clean floors and seal my tile floor and highly recommend them. I had the Heathers come out and take care of my home after Shane had come by the previous week to give me a quote again and discuss even cleaning the showers with a steamer! They did a great job, were prompt on time, had great expectations of what was going to happen, and pre-planning and post-immediate care and post long term care! I highly expect to be seeing them again in about a year or so (kids... dogs... don't have them! lol) to do more than just what my mop is able to get done!!

TigerDry did our whole carpeted upstairs for our home and did a fantastic job at it!! They removed some stains that had been stubborn to come out with regular spot treatments, refreshed the fluffiness of the pile and now our carpets are so clean an bright after getting steam cleaned, they look brand new. The 2 incredible ladies that cleaned our sectional and ottoman were extremely polite and professional. They arrived on time and never stopped working the whole time they were here. Our furniture looks brand new! I highly recommend TigerDry to those looking for upholstery cleaning.

I found this company on Groupon. I was drawn to them because they advertised specializing in stained carpet. Although I had hoped to get the special price, due to the condition of my carpet I decided to add on the extra recommended services $$$. My technician David was very nice and explained why these services were needed. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with my service. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using their service again!!!

TigerDry came recommended to us from our home agent, and we are also happy to recommend them. Our experience was very positive all the way. First, their 24/7 hotline was very responsive and the lady offered us special slots at Groupon prices, and accommodated our time constraints well. Then, on our two carpet cleaning jobs, the cleaning experts were very nice and friendly. Our carpets had lots of stains due to pets, and they did an excellent job of removing them thoroughly. They showed us the bad spots and took extra care to clean them. They also explained to us the ABC of carpets and cleaning and gave useful suggestions for the future. From our two interactions, we could easily develop trust in them as persons and what they do professionally, which is very important. In summary, their mannerism and work were highly professional as well as friendly along with reasonable prices. We would be happy to engage them again and they have our full vote of confidence. We are very happy with their cleaning and recommend them highly.
