Luis did a FANTASITC job on our carpet, sectional, and chair! He gave a thirty minute ETA call before arriving, checked each room prior to cleaning, and used a blue light to find any stains we may have missed. He was respectful and efficient in his work. Very clean and kept shoe protectors on during the cleaning. We would recommend him to everyone!

Zerorez did a phenomenal job. From the first point of contact, they provided excellent customer service and no surprises. Riker, our technician, arrived early, was detail-oriented, and did an outstanding job!

I highly recommend Zerorez and will use them again!

Luis was very Thorough with his explanation of the process and what was offered.
And gave good details on the procedure, how long it would take, and took the time to walk and show me his work which I liked . He also cleaned up behind himself which other companies I have used in past have not. I would definitely recommend.

The technician did a great job. He was fast and thorough. After taking a look at the rooms, he explained my options and what services he’d recommend and that I likely didnt need. The carpets came out looking great.

Stacy from Zerorez was absolutely awesome! He was very professional and pleasant to work with, he explained the Zerorez process thoroughly and offered the opportunity to text him with any further questions. Our carpets had makeup stains that we weren’t sure would come out but thanks to Stacy and the Zerorez process our carpets looked amazing! All the stains we lifted and everything smelled nice and fresh. I’d certainly use Zerorez again and I plan to personally request Stacy for the job.

Wow! Mr. Shannon did a wonderful job - I have 2 very old carpets and they look brand new- thank you Zerorez for sending an experienced knowledgeable operator to clean my carpets. My 3rd carpet is a shag and Mr. Shannon even raked it afterwards to restore the pile. They look so good!!

John was amazing!! So professional friendly helpful and proficient!!! He got so many stains out that I thought were permanent and he worked quickly. He came on time and gave a 20 min window when he was on his way...such a positive experience!!

Zerorez is the only cleaner I will ever use. The process leaves my whole house smelling clean and fresh and the carpet like new. Today they cleaned my upholstered recliner. Wonderful stuff!! The technician was great. Thank u so much

Have used Zerorez for several years to clean our carpets. Will continue to use them. That tells you how good my wife and I think their service is. Their field service staff are really good/professional. Oh yeah, we have used their kitchen tile floor cleaning service too. The tiles and tile grouting come out looking really good.

Stacy explained the process well and spent a lot of time on cleaning and spot removal. The finished product looks good and I am pleased! He also will come back if I call him with any issues of stains coming back, etc !

Brian Lenoir was absolutely AMAZING. 100% the BEST carpet cleaner I've ever worked with. I was shocked that he was able to get the carpets to look so amazing. I will never use another company. Brian was very informative & gave very clear instructions on the aftercare from cleaning. SUPER SUPER SUPER JOB & GREAT GUY!
