I am so pleased with the work provided by Nic from 919FixMyAC.com. My AC stopped working completely last night. I had no idea who to call so I asked for recommendations on NextDoor. I went with this company and am so glad I did. I called this morning and spoke to Megan, who was extremely courteous and helpful. Within an hour, Nic was at my door. He was efficient, honest and fixed my AC! He showed me exactly what the issue was (I needed a new part) and fixed it promptly. I was very fairly charged and I’m extremely happy with Nic’s work and with this company. I highly recommend 919FixmyAC!

Have had repairs and servicing performed on both our AC and heating unit. Response time was excellent, service person professional and helpful, and price reasonable for what was done. Will continue to use and recommend.

After Meagan set up my appointment, Jeremy came out (on time) to look things over. The old heating unit was basically shot, so the decision was made to rebuild the entire heating unit rather than me ordering a new one. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and respectful. We set the next appointment to have the work for 9 am. Again Jeremy was on time and completed the replacement ahead of schedule. I will recommend Jeremy and the 919 Fix My AC team to everyone I know.

My heater started making a strange noise then wouldnt cut on and the weather started to get cold. I called 919 Fix-My AC. JD scheduled me with little to no wait to come right out and take a look. JD knew right away what the problem was, ordered the part needed, and had it replaced right away. What was really great was there was no waiting for weeks without heat just as the weather started getting cold. And I especially liked how JD called to let me know he was on his way to our scheduled appointments. I would highly recommend Fix My AC, the price was affordable, they kept to the appointments, and fixed my furnace with no problems. I will def. be a return customer.

Also -- these guys are super honest about repairs they plan to do. In the case of my old AC unit - JD offered up several new unit install options since the repair was likely not to last long. Super Install job on a new Trane unit - at fair price that could not be beaten by any competitor.

919 Fix My AC has assisted us with multiple HVAC issues, most recently a faulty thermostat that required a replacement. I received excellent service getting the appointment booked quickly after the thermostat went out and Kenny was professional and knowledgable as he quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a solution.

These guys are awesome. Other company wanted me to replace the whole system they fixed everything. Jack was the man he even swaped out my filters for me,he called me up before he came, showed up on time was professional and fixed everything! Will do business again grade A Plus. Very fair prices too.

Five star experience. My AC broke right before lunch, and they were able to have someone out by dinner to get it repaired. Jason was the one who serviced the unit, and he was awesome. Super professional, super knowledgeable, and explained everything to me as he went along in the process. He broke down the two issues that could be causing the lack of cooling-- one of them much more expensive-- and suggested trying the cheaper route first. It worked perfectly! He even triple checked everything from the outside to the attic before letting me sign off on the job. From start to finish, everyone in the company treated me like a valued customer. Can't say enough good things, and have already recommended them to a family member.

Fantastic service on SUNDAY.... heat failed while temps were in the teens.
Service tech Jeremy arrived approximately 1/2 hr after I placed the call and did an excellent job of replacing the blower motor and outside condenser circuit breaker.

Very reputable company! I have used this company for my maintenance needs for years. The technicians are always prompt and informative about my air conditioner/furnace. I suggest their services to all my friends and family and they are always happy. Nice, family owned company.

These guys are awesome! Paul really took the time to figure out what has been causing our AC issues that have been plaguing us since we bought our house. He goes out of his way every time he is here to make sure we are happy and does not try to sell us any overpriced or unnecessary equipment we do not need. It's also worth mentioning how great their dispatcher Chandelor is. She is always on top of everything and squeezes us in if necessary.

Professional, fair and knowledgeable.
It was cold this morning and after turning up my thermostat to take the morning chill off, I noticed the temp in the house actually dropping a few degrees. Then I didn’t feel any air coming out the vents. Once the panic wore off a bit I decided I needed to call someone. After hearing their ads on the radio I decided to give them a call. They came out the same day and diagnosed the issue and it didn’t even require that I replace my 10 year old unit. $35 and the service call charge later I was back in business. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and didn’t seem to mind me constantly hovering and asking questions.
I will definitely call them again, in fact that call may happen soon as I think I may sign up for their HVAC maintenance.

This company was amazing from start to finish. They communicated with me through the entire process as well and gave me the best price in the area. The tech was very professional and knowledageable of my AC unit. As long as I am in the Raleigh area this company has my business.

I feel obligated to help keep this company’s rating from plummeting and will also be sending a note to WRAL. At the end of the day, it sounds like the tech troubleshot, in order, the things he was supposed to. I’m not an HVAC tech but I at least understand that you can’t test coils for leaks instantly. If the system was low and he filled it back up, the only way to find out if there’s a serious leak or not is to give it a few days or weeks. Don’t let dance culture affect your decision on whether or not to do business with someone. Their reviews were perfectly fine before this incident. As an owner of a concrete lifting business with about 60 5-star reviews, I know how important Google reviews are to a small biz, especially in a saturated market like HVAC. Kudos to the owner for even refunding $350.

WE HAVE COLD AC AGAIN!!! I cannot say enough great things about this company, they never fail to get things done on time. I've used them twice and each time they came out the same day. They always fix what needed to be done in a short amount of time. JD is always very nice over the phone and makes sure he can get someone out for me, for example I called this morning around 8:30am and someone was here within 30 mins! Nic was great to work with, very friendly and very efficient with his work. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and replace the part just as fast after picking it up. Also want to give a great review to Chandelor that I spoke with over the phone she was nice to talk to and was the one that gave me the pricing. I highly highly highly recommend them!!!! They were awesome. I had my AC go out on the hottest day of the year. While we were trying to figure out what to do, we realized my hot water heater was flooding my storage area (which was not a surprise other than it had gotten really bad). They were able to fix both things for me and they stayed through the heat of the day to make sure the job was done. They did not try to oversell me on any products. JD talked me through my options. He continuously communicated with me about costs. The prices were more than fair. They were professional and, I truly believe, ethical as was stated in other reviews. I will be referring my family to them and I will not go anywhere else for any other heating and cooling needs in my future.

My original AC unit stopped working right before the 4th of July holiday. Stephanie was able to get a technician out the same day. It was beyond repair, but Damian provided us with a portable AC unit we can rent until the new system is installed.

Called in spoke with Tiffany she was very polite and answered all the questions I had. She schedule at service tech "Jack" who was at my home in less than and hour. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he had done to inspect my entire system before making a recommendation. I would like to say "Thank You" to your staff and I will be more than glad to recommend this company to anyone .

I'm done with asking friends and researching online and being worried about who to call for HVAC problems! My gas furnace stopped working this past winter, and Jason was very knowledgeable, fast, and explained his troubleshooting steps to me all along the way, which gave me complete confidence in the final analysis and costs involved. Now my AC is not working, and I'm back. It's so nice to have found a company I feel I can depend on and not have to worry about them trying to sell me a new system just because mine is10 years old!
