I had the pleasure to meet Charles Oppel after hours to service a unit. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and attacked it head on. I couldn’t ask for anyone else better to help assist. Thanks for all you do!

The technician is very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain to us about the problem. Even it was probably a roofering defect, he was able to seal the leak. Really appreciate his help.

Our air conditioning went out last evening and I called the office at 6:00 o'clock, after hours. They responded quickly and their technician Steve came after finishing other calls at 8:30 in the evening. He was very polite and clear and knowledgeable and we will want to have him come back for any future problems.

Airtron showed up exactly when they said they would and got my AC up and running. The technician who serviced my unit, Steve, was great! He was very friendly, showed attention to detail, and was helpful in answering all of my questions. I wish other companies had this kind of great customer service!

The certified technician (Steve) arrived as promised presented himself professionally and with courtesy. His rapid and precise troubleshooting of our HVAC system demonstrated his high level of knowledge and customer service. He answered all of our questions and explained the next steps required for our system's repair in easy-to-understand terms. He took steps to remedy several small issues he observed along with the diagnosis of our primary issue. I would recommend him to anyone needing a service visit. Airtron has been easy to work with and demonstrates a generally high regard for meeting customer expectations.

I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by the personnel at Airtron Raleigh. Today’s service was performed by Thomas Draper and he, as I have come to expect, did an excellent job. I should note that even though the service today was mostly indoors, he followed all CDC guidelines, ensuring my safety. This is a really good company and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation. Thomas was on time and extremely efficient in our heating tune-up.

My heat broke and was going to cost $1100 with another service provider. I called Airtron and with a $14/month plan the diagnostic fee was covered as well as the cost of the expensive repair. In 6 hours of making the call my heat was fixed. Steve, who did the repair, worked quickly, was knowledgeable, and friendly. You can’t go wrong by calling Airtron.

This Airtron representative was Great. He came out and inspected the system. Told me what he was doing while doing it and why he was doing it, The J trap had some debris in it and he attempted to blow it out, that did not work so he replaced the entire J trap. Need more workers in the world like this who not only care about you but he did not want to leave until his work was 100%. Thank you. Give this man a raise.

A great technician, explain and then did what he said. No mess cleaned up and did a great job.

I am beyond blessed to have AirTron and Charles our service partner to help me with my AC. Charles is knowledgeable and kind! If you need an AC company then AirTron is #1 in my opinion and Charles is the best!!!!!

Air Tron’s Technician, Sylvester Good, did an outstanding job conducting a service check of my HVAC system in preparation for the summer season. He was professional and personable too. He performed a complete analysis of the HVAC, my vents and my filter. Excellent service from a top notch technician.

Technician-Jason was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and was very patient with explaining the process of fixing our HVAC unit. Jason called upon arrival and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Also, Allison had excellent communication with us! When calling in to explain our concerns with the unit, she got right on it with making sure we had a technician scheduled right away! We are so happy to work with a great company. Airtron has been awesome. We have been using them since 2016 and their service is top-notch. We had a problem over the past two days, but they sent someone right away. They worked hard to diagnose the problem and resolve it. They were diligent and careful. The technicians, Darius and Jason were polite and provided us with great information throughout the process. Carmina in the office was so great at calling us to let us know the crew was on their way. We are so glad to work with such a great company.

My technician Jason was very good. He called before he came. He checked the inside unit and then when out to check unit. He even changed the filters. I love the service I receive from AirTron.

We had an issue with the air conditioning in our new home. The fabulous Raleigh team, including Marco, Chris Gentry, Allison, Vidal, Cutza (and a helper), jumped into action to resolve and replace our HVAC unit. The team was conscientious, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We highly recommend them.
