Got service from Jordan in Cary on 6/26. He came out in the afternoon, was very professional, and my AC was blowing cold air within 2 hours. Very competitive pricing.

Customer service the way or should be. Steve, the owner, responds to calls promptly. The crew showed up on time to install. They've answers my many questions, and even helped trouble shoot over the phone without a service call to the home. I was using another company that's well regarded in my neighborhood, but on many occasions didn't impress me. I'm glad to find a company I can trust.

Steve was a pleasure to speak with and get scheduled (owner of the company) and Robert was on time, very nice, and got the repair done that we needed for less than 1/2 of what we were quoted from other companies. Happy to support a small local business!

Steve and his team have been servicing our HVAC unit for ten years. As we are getting g ready to move, an inspection showed an issue with the AC unit. Steve was on it, and made it right right away. I know they are super busy with the heat but they took care of us right away! We will miss this team!
