Comfort Hounds came out for a same day service call to check my furnace. Everything is working properly now. Rob was very friendly and explained everything that was going on to us. I will definitely be using Comfort Hounds from now on!

Quick, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and effective service.

Our heat was not holding the temperature as it should. Comfort Hounds was quickly able to find the problem that a previous HVAC technician had covered up, fix it, and get the heat running properly. On a return visit they were able to diagnose and repair a couple of fan issues.

It is much more comfortable inside the house now.

Rob was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was on time and and explained the whole process. Rob goes above and beyond by sharing his knowledge and helping you troubleshoot the problem. I highly recommend his service and I will be calling him again when the time comes!

I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on Comfort Hounds. We built our house in 2014 and had been using the home builder's company that had installed our HVAC system to maintain it (only because I thought you had to use them to maintain warranty). Something never felt right in the gut when they would do maintenance. I decided to do some research and found that we could have the unit serviced by another company. So I went searching and low and behold found Comfort Hounds was very close to my house. Their Comfort Club Maintenance plan is the reason I had decided to use them. You pay a monthly payment, basically your 2 annual maintenances cost are spread out over 12 months. However you receive so many more benefits joining the club and boy am I glad I joined.

Rob our technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain things that were not right with the installation of our system. Major safety features had not been wired correctly, sensor not in the right place for our dual zone and drain pan pipe tubing missing just to name a few. All things the previous company we used should have observed. So happy Rob had the time to address the issue with our system. He even recommended what repairs we could hold out on until spring to help with the cost. He came for maintenance, but got a whole lot more than he expected.

Though we still have more repairs to do in the spring, I am happy with the service that was provided this time around. I have OCD so finding a person that took the time to observe these things also was a comfort. Rob believes in taking pride in his work which is also refreshing giving that in today's time many people do not. Though he doesn't like being the bearer on bad news he reports to you what he finds. We are praying that Freon he added to the system hold until spring and that the installation company just didn't put enough Freon in the system from jump and it is not a leak. Another example of how Rob looks out for his customer. He could have pushed the issue there was a leak because the system was low in Freon, but he took the approach of adding Freon and seeing were the pressure is at the spring maintenance. Being he didn't install the system and can't speak for the work the previous installer did this was the first step to addressing the issue.

So do your self a favor and have Comfort Hounds check out your system, you may be surprised to learn there are things your current HVAC company is missing (especially if your house was built by a home builder that does neighborhood developments). We sure were surprised because to us it seemed our system was running fine but inside we had wires heating up that could have started an electrical fire. Rob thank you again for thorough service.

Rob George was very professional and did an amazing job!!! We got a quote within 24 hours which is what I asked. He brought 2 guys which did he job quick and it looks great! I would recommend Rob George all day long!!

I have a 20 year old office building with thirteen HVAC units in a variety of sizes. I switched our service contract to Rob George's company last year and am very pleased with the decision. Our old service provider was a large corporation with high costs and little to no personal service or contact unless I called them with a problem.
Rob's company offers personal interaction; lower costs; and professional advice on managing our aging HVAC system. He's there when I need him; keeps our older units maintained; and has selectively replaced units that have reached the end of their useful life. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Responded quickly when my air conditioner was not working. Especially appreciated always keeping me informed such as texting when on his way. I have nothing bad to say about AirPro just good.

Great company-friendly-professional-timely. They have been maintaining my hvac for two years. Quick to return calls/texts and provide service. Old system finally needed replacement and they were able to do so quickly and provide financing that met my budget requirements.

I had an excellent experience with comfort hounds. My AC had gone out and was getting uncomfortably hot in the house. I have called several different companies and nobody had an appointments for days. Then I noticed comfort hounds said they were open after hours and within 20 minutes of my call they were here working on my air conditioning and had it repaired and working at 7:00 in the evening. I was really impressed with their quick and courteous service. I went ahead and signed up for the twice a year maintenance check so that I don't end up in an emergency situation again.

Fantastic - This is my second time using AirPro Carolina and I am blown away at the level of service received from Rob. Emailed after hours about our heating not working, didn’t expect a response until next day but within an hour I received email & text from Rob and was scheduled for the next morning! He quickly troubleshot my AC in May and now my heating system and found the issue. I have tried all the Big HVAC companies over the years (and smaller ones) and always left feeling taken advantage of and questioning their “fixes”. They seemed to be guessing when troubleshooting. Not with Airpro, it is an enormous relief to have an HVAC contractor that is honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. Won’t use anyone else!

Rob and his team were great. We are new to the area and our AC went out. Rob was out in a few hours and quickly resolved the problem. We are on a maintenance program and that was great as well.

I came home from work and noticed my ac wasn't on and was starting to get warm. I called AirPro about 4:40 on a Friday afternoon. By 5:40, Rob was at our house. He took look and figured out quickly what the issue was. By 6:20, he had us back up and running. Rob was very friendly and explained everything in detail. I'm definitely going to give them a call next time we have an issue. They were prompt, friendly, fair, and just great to work with.

Very happy with the work Rob recently did for me. The auxiliary heat was essentially broken, and outdoor temperatures of around 20 degrees caused our indoor temperature to drop 10-12 degrees below thermostat. It was starting to get very cold inside.

I went onto the AirPro website at about 6 AM and saw an option to schedule an appointment online. He was here by 9 AM. Such a good response time on. He diagnosed the issue but the part that was needed to fix it was not on his truck. He made time later in the day to come back with the part to fix the problem despite a busy schedule. A+ service!

Edit: Rob continues to do great work and is very informative during each of his visits. The maintenance plan has been great.

Comfort Hounds responded to my request for service immediately and scheduled an appointment. The arrived on time and got right to work following a brief discussion of the issue. Communication was great both before and during the service. The problem was identified and resolved very quickly and professionally, and the cost of the service was very reasonable.
