DCM Mechanical recently replaced my home HVAC system. The work they did was excellent and the whole process met all of my expectations. I would highly recommend DCM Mechanical for any services that they offer.

DCM Mechanical is highly knowledgeable and professional. Don was recommended to me by a friend and he has demonstrated his willingness to go above and beyond. He even rearranged his schedule in order to facilitate getting heat into my home before the winter cold.

DCM Mechanical came out as a second option after I attempted to use my warranty company at the time. Choice Home Warranty came out and told me that my coils needed to be replaced and it wasn't covered under my warranty so I called DCM and he came right out and fixed it on the same day and I ended up finding out that it was not the coils at all that were bad. Next time DCM will be my first choice. Word of advice: STAY AWAY FROM HOME WARRANTY COMPANIES!!!

Don came out to fix our ac unit. He was extremely knowledgeable about our unit. He also made sure to let us know all that was wrong with it and what he would recommend be done asap. He was very professional even as the kids and dogs were running around!😊 . We would definitely use DCM Mechanical again and would recommend them to everyone we know.

My HVAC broke and Don helped me replace my entire system within days. He went above and beyond, providing options for new units and even installing a new smart thermostat, even when it proved to be more time consuming than expected due to poor wiring in my walls. A+ would recommend to anyone.

Don and crew were great! From quote to install, everyone was professional, honest, thorough, and courteous. Don gave us a great quote on a full system replacement. The crew took the time to do the job right and were friendly all day long. And almost as importantly, they kept the house neat and cleaned up after themselves well! I will be calling DCM to replace my downstairs unit in the future.

We contacted DCM Mechanical for an air conditioning issue, and they could not have been better to work with! They responded quickly, repaired our A/C, fully cleaned it, and it is now running perfectly again. DCM represents the highest caliber of professionals. Any time we've needed them they've been super responsive, arrived when they promised, never left a mess, and all for a fair price. Because not only do they do all that, but they also take the time to explain (in layman's terms), what's been happening with our HVAC system and how to help prevent it from happening again. Had an issue with my heater, hired DCM Mechanical to come have a look at it. Don McLean came over same day and not only fixed the problem but also educated me on a few things I should look for when it comes to taking care of my heating unit. From the moment he came in until the moment he left all he showed was professionalism. I could tell this gentleman was honest when he told me it was a minor issue. Me not knowing anything about air conditioning/heating, I would’ve taken his word even if he said we would need to change/replace a part. DCM Mechanical was highly recommended by a family member. I have called on him for repairs on my older heat pump on several occasions. I just wanted to keep it running until I was ready to replace the unit. He understood my goals and provided prompt professional service at a reasonable price without the pressure to replace the unit. He even provided advice over the phone for things I could check that avoided a service call. When I was ready to replace the unit, he provided a better than expected quote and explained everything that was included. He included things I had to ask and pay extra for when I replaced my other unit a few years ago. On the day of installation, he and his helper arrived on time with everything needed. I was able to watch the entire installation. They were very neat and professional with great attention to detail and no cut corners. When everything was complete, cleaned up and they were gone I was left with a much-appreciated sense of a job well done. I also highly recommend DCM Mechanical.
