The Heroes team is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We were pleased with our AC unit and air handler replacement. Their 10 year warranty and 10 year service agreement is fantastic. Update: they are still great with the follow up included service!

Great service! I called NC Express Heating and Cooling on short notice and had an appointment the very next day.

Cameron came out to perform a routine checkup of my system. He identified some potential problem areas that we will likely need to address in the future - but wasn't persistent about having to fix them right away.

Overall, I'm happy with their service and will post an update on any follow-up visits.

Cameron and his team preformed excellent job in our AC replacement. He is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and customer friendly. His team were well qualified and did qualify AC replacement and removing old equipment all in one day. I strongly recommend this company to anyone need AC replacement/ installation.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Heroes Heating and Cooling! They replaced both of our home's 16 year old systems last year for an amazing price, we also got biannual maintenance and warranty coverage included! The systems (a gas/electric package unit for downstairs and a furnace a/C split system for upstairs) were installed flawlessly. I'm a home inspector so I see a lot of shoddy work, but Heroes did one of the best installs I've ever seen! Our tech James always takes care of us for maintenance and any issues we have in a professional, friendly, and quick fashion and the ladies in the front office are always super helpful and quick to schedule! If you are in need of a great HVAC company, look no further than Heroes!!! They will truly save the day!
**UPDATE 2024** Systems are still running fantasticly and Cameron the super tech just gave us excellent service for our spring seasonal maintenance! Heroes rules!!!

Cameron and Kevin have been providing five-star service for my HVAC for years! I initially called them thinking i needed a replacement, but they have kept it running, extending its life longer than i thought possible. Plus, they are super nice and easy to work with.

Cameron and Heroes have helped me a bunch the last few years and they always come through. I have had some difficult situations and have always given top notch service. Everyone in the company works very hard to make sure they are giving you their best. Highly recommend this crew!

My AC died the night before the hottest day of the year. They came out in the morning, diagnosed the problem, proposed a replacement and considered all my concerns and I'm scheduled to have a new unit tomorrow! And, the price was lower than expected.

I've dealt with so many HVAC companies over the years and it's always hit or miss. This time around our furnace stopped blowing heat. I knew this was going to happen just wasn't sure when because the symptoms started a few weeks ago. I had gotten my usual tech to come out and perform a seasonal systems check and tune up and he had mentioned that a furnace part was on its way out. So I scheduled a tech from another company to come out and check the part through my home warranty service hoping they'd be able to replace via home warranty but even though the part sounded like it was going to take off to space it was still technically working and so they couldn't make a claim on it. These parts are expensive and so I was hoping to expedite the painful process of trying to get something repaired through our home warranty. Sure enough the part kicked the bucket Wednesday evening and we had no heat. I tried calling my go to HVAC company but they weren't available until the next morning. I tried going through my home warranty but knew that they were going to call me the next day to schedule a day the next week to come out and do what they already did and then it would take weeks for them and the home warranty to find the piece and get it fixed. We've been through that once before when our cooling system stopped working in the summer and ended up without air for almost 2 months. So I found Express Heating and Cooling on Google, they were local and offered emergency service. I called around 8:00 PM and Cameron Best answered the call. He was at my door step at 6:00 AM the next morning, took no more then 10 minutes to discover the exact cause of the part failing, showed it to me and then was able to order the piece same-day and was back last night around 6:30 PM, new part in-hand and problem fixed within the hour. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Cameron and his service. He was professional, cordial, informative, positive, excited about his job, a hard worker and so very helpful. This is a rarity these days and it was refreshing to have Cameron work on our HVAC unit. I'd recommend Express Heating and Cooling any day. I already have them on the schedule for regular maintenance in 6 months. Thank You Cameron Best for making this guy's family happy and comfortable!

Update: February 21, 2024: Woke up to my HVAC unit turning on even thought thermostat/furnace was on. Tried the AC as well and unit would not turn on. Called Heroes and requested Cameron and he was able to make it out within a few hours, same day, Always impressed with Cameron's customer service and knowledge. Thank You again Cameron.

Update: February 23, 2024: Robert Monaco met with me to discuss a new unit at this point. I enjoyed the conversations we had; Robert's a real down to earth kind of guy. He answered all my questions and went over all options. Robert mad the process easy and what they have to offer for new units and services I think are fair market prices. I continue to be impressed with Heroes Heating and Cooling.

Very professional service. Insulation crew was respectful, courteous, and did not leave until the job was completed. Cameron explained the whole process and even came back to my property the day of the installation. It was a great customer service and me being in the service industry really appreciate the hard work they put out. Thank you Cameron and the time for a wonderful experience!

I was contacted for my biannual inspection. The administrator set the visit at my convenience. Zach called in advance to notify me of his approximate arrival time. He was professional, courteous and skillful. He informed me of my unit efficiency and any shortcomings. He advised me of the lifespan of a part about to go bad. He gave me a price so I could decide what to do. No pressure! I decided to replace the part as I like to do preventative maintenance. Zach installed the part and checked the system to ensure it was working properly. I enjoy having a company like Heroes Heating and Cooling servicing my equipment. Happy New Year 2025.

Zach from Heroes Heating and Cooling recently replaced a capacitor in my system. He did a great job and took less than 30 minutes to change out the part. He answered all of my questions and was very cordial and respectful. I appreciate the great customer service, prompt assistance, and fast turnaround to get my unit fixed.

Cameron was great to work with on our initial consultation. Very responsive to our needs and answered all our questions. Ramon did the installation and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole process was amazingly smooth. Best home services we every worked with. Would not go anywhere else for future heating/cooling needs.

Cameron was polite and explained what to expect. He was prompt and really saved our day. Our old dog is sick and Cameron may have even saved his life as we were afraid he’d get heat stroke. One thing to note: the price estimated was before tax and we sought landlord approval on the wrong amount. I’m guessing that’ll be no problem, but customers may want to get clarification on that. The positive vibes, warm smile, and efficient work make me feel a little petty even mentioning the tax, and I would recommend this company and Cameron!

My experience with Heroes was great! My A/C went down Friday evening and Cameron was able to come out early Saturday morning to fix the problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my A/C back up in no time.

It was a pleasure working with Robert Monaco. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and thorough. He explained everything in detail.
If I needed more clarity about something, he had no problem going over it again.
Finally, everything was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

The A/C was out in the breakroom at our automotive shop and Cameron came out, assessed the problems and gave us an estimate with in 30 minutes! The price was extremely reasonable and he had the problems fixed in under an hour. Our technicians have a cool place to get out of the 100 degree weather now! I really liked the text update with the technicians picture! I definitely recommend them for fast professional service!!
