Beyond awesome. HVAC stopped working and although he could have just blamed it on a $500 circuit board and replaced it he instead did a good cleaning of everything and got us back up and running quickly and inexpensively. I will only be using them in the future.

Great customer service and extremely quick!

I called around 930 and they were quick to answer the phone. The lady working was extremely helpful and understanding seeing as I'm a first time home owner and have never dealt with a item under warranty before. She explained how things worked with the warranty and said she could get someone out today.

True to their word, around 1 I received a phone call and the gentleman was on his way over. He was extremely kind and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part within an hour. He was extremely professional.

If you have any heating or cooling issues, this is the place to go.

My AC units went out and I called Joe Cool based on some reviews I read online. They were so very friendly and came out to the house the same day. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it. I've been a customer of Joe's for roughly 15 years. He and the staff he has hired are the most fair and trustworthy I have seen. I don't even consider calling anyone else. I work in customer service and I don't make these statements lightly. They also do a really good job prioritizing their work based on customer impact. Just had a great experience with Joe Cool. I had the technician Philip come to my house to fix my AC. Philip took the time to show me a thing or 2 about my unit that I didn't know and explained to me what the problem was (bad capacitor) and informed me of how he tested it to come to the conclusion. Philip has great costumer service personality and I couldn't have been happier with this experience. Thank you Joe Cool!

I was amazed on how quickly service was scheduled for a down AC unit in the middle of the summer busy season. (same day service). In fact, the technician was out here within a few hours of us calling. It took about 20 minutes for him to fix it and get me back up and running again. Very reliable, profession and reasonably priced service. I think I found my HVAC provider for any future services. I will definitely be using them again.
