I had a great experience with Michael & Sons for an emergency toilet tank repair and water damage. Our technician, Danny Rosario was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and patient with questions. I will keep his name for future needs for sure!
Several days of repair from drying out floor, constant updates and replacing water heater. All staff were great and courteous. Most importantly they responded to my call and concerns.

Houston Draper at Michael & Sons (M&S), was a pleasure to work with. When water damage happened in my home, M&S send out a plumber to fix the issue and they also sent out Houston a Restoration & Mitigation Specialist. Houston worked hand in hand with my homeowners insurance and they are resolving this issue quickly & efficiently. Do not hesitate to work with Michael & Sons and Houston Draper. Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Marcus from M&S who also did a remarkable job. I use M&S for all of my HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and now restoration services. Five stars to Michael & Sons for being such an amazing (and affordable), company to work with.

Very satisfied with the inspection of the heating system performed. The tech was very informative about what might need to be done. I had a filter and he changed it under the house free of charge. He made recommendations for future upgrades but was not pushy about sales. Will definitely call M&S when more is needed.

Had the routine heating maintenance scheduled and Christopher McMasters was my assigned technician. He was very thorough in the inspection and was able to catch things that needed my attention. He truly went above and beyond inspecting the units and explaining what he say with videos and pictures.

Carlo is an exceptional technician. He let us know that he had arrived and was already perforating his check on the equipment outside. He then came in and checked all applicable areas. He was thorough in explaining all that he had reviewed and answered all of my questions concerning my HVAC and its performance during this cold season. Carlo is very patient and knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. We appreciate him and the perfect customer service he provided to us. He is a true gem.

Had an after hours emergency. The technician on call responded quickly. Adam Robinson was the technician on call and solved our problem. He was very professional & extremely pleasant. I would definitely call him again. Adam had to come back this morning to install a new toilet. And was just as pleasant as he was last night. We appreciate his hard work.

Very professional and honest. Only did what was necessary. Didn't have any issues with quality Michael and Son are going to rule the Raleigh Metro and surrounding areas. I have always seen them around and wanted to hire them for something finally got a chance and needed a valve replacement for my water supply. This wasn't a tough task but something that needs to work perfectly. Petey got it done with his expertise and I didn't have any concerns about him doing it right. Would definitely be a master level plumbing.

I called to get a quote for some major electrical services. Jasper called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in understanding what we wanted to accomplish. He took the time to talk through options and what he was thinking. When he left he put together a great plan and did some additional research to make sure he covered everything needed. This partnership is exactly what I was looking for.

Travis did an amazing job. Our water heater wasn’t heating, and he spent well over an hour troubleshooting everything until he got it working perfectly. He was patient, professional, and made sure the job was fully done before leaving. The pricing was very excellent too. Really appreciate his hard work highly recommend!

I had a contractor break my water shut off valve in the afternoon and never spoke of it. He left. I went to turn valve on and nothing happened. I called Michael and son’s at 9 pm on Friday evening and they were on the way. The shut off valve was located outside at the street for my residence and the valve and pressure valve were relocated to the proper spot and I am very pleased. Nick was very professional and thorough. I was told of the price of everything before the job began and the things he found along the way. Was it cheap you ask, nope. Was the work worth the cost? Very much so.

Khori did a wonderful job in getting our furnace up and running quickly! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the source of the problem. Additionally, he came out on a snowy, windy, and cold Sunday late afternoon. Khori is an asset to Michael & Sons and deserves a raise TODAY! We are so appreciative of his time and professionalism.

Lewis was awesome! He took the time to explain all our options in terms that were understandable. Very professional and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the decision.

Jacob Kalet was AMAZING! We are so grateful that he was able to give us estimates & replace our water heater in less than 5 hours! He was very professional & knowledgeable! THANK YOU, JACOB!!

Austin came out to look at my electrical needs. He arrived promptly. He was very thorough, and offered clear explanations to all my questions. He pointed out the good parts of my system and the few things that needed to be fixed. He is obviously very skilled. He also patiently tested fixtures over and over until he found the switches that controlled them. Highly recommended!

And without having to be asked, I was pleasantly surprised that he took time to put on shoe covers to protect my wood floors each time he was in the house. Very thoughtful.

The team from Michael and Sons did a phenomenal job! They made a very challenging and stressful time much easier for me! They were incredibly kind and respectful! I truly appreciate them and will definitely recommend them whenever given the opportunity!

Kyal and Juliano were great. They installed a light fixture for me and added a connection for my sink disposal. Their service was completely professional. I loved that they came into my home clean and then actively cleaned up after themselves as they went. They were also both very friendly and took the time to explain everything that they did so that I could understand. Great service and I feel like I can trust them in the future.

Quality work and quick service. You get what you pay for with services like this. Could I have gotten it done cheaper, absolutely. The fact that they were able to get there within 6 hours on a federal holiday without paying an emergency fee is amazing. I called 2 other electricians that didnt even reply to my voicemail. The technician, Andrew F., was great. He was very professional, spoke clearly about the problem and explained in detail the options. He took before and after photos, worked quick, solved the problem and even looked into some other work that needed to be done.
Only thing I would do different next time is to skip calling the other electricians.

Lawrence did a great job. He explained to me what he would be doing before starting. He prepared the area to prevent water from leaking. Was able find and clear the backup in the kitchen sink drain. He cleared the drain then used an additional clearing tool to make sure the entire line was cleared and good to go. Everything is draining so much faster now!

Alexia Debose came to our home today for a service/inspection visit and also helped to sign us up for a maintenance membership. Alexia communicated prior to her arrival,and was thorough and professional. We recently connected with Michael and Son when our original/local HVAC company failed to provide full and emergent service. Michael and Son came to our rescue that night and we are very appreciative of your service! We now have a service membership with your company. Our experience with your technicians, and call center, have been a pleasure thus far. Keep up the good work y'all!

Water heater finally bit the dust - Michael and Son was able to come out same day and get us a replacement installed that evening. Not having hot water in February for longer than a day would have been miserable. Technicians Petey and Nolen were superb, very efficient and gave plenty of options without feeling pressured for upsell. They also coordinated with electrician Andrew to come out to finish the electrical component of adding a flood stop to the water heater, who came out very quickly as well and was just as excellent. Thank you, Michael and Sons, for being the reliable company we needed to come through

Frank C. is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have depended on Michael & Sons for HVAC and plumbing needs for a couple years. This is my second encounter with Frank and the fourth encounter overall. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Michael & Sons. They are quick to respond and do good work.
