Service, installation, and clean up were very professional with attention to detail and customer safety.
MTC came back to install new duct work after installing my new furnace and air conditioner. The crew members were very considerate and knowledgeable about their work. Ali, came back to inspect and make sure everything was done properly. I will always call MTC for any future issues. A huge thank you to both teams, very dedicated, hardworking and professional people. I am a satisfied customer.

The company is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and quality work. I came across them when I had an emergency ac outage in the heat of summer 2 years ago and they were the only company that actually answered their phone and didn’t rely on a telephone answering service. They came out the next day and Ali explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. I can’t sing enough praises about this company and its people!

I have used MTC on several occasions and had a positive experience each time. They communicate very well, their price is fair compared to competition, and they always follow code and get inspections from the county.

Ali and team were very responsive to our request for an estimate and got our install scheduled right away. They did a great and thorough job at a price far below what their competitors offered. Highly recommend!

MTC Heating and Air Conditioning is a wonderful company with attentive, friendly, professional, and highly trained and excellent staff.
I called them with questions about installing a new up to code
dryer vent and within an hour AJ, the owner, drove to our home to
check out the situation and give us a quote for the project. He came back two hours later with the tools and materials needed for the job and completed the labor intense and complicated work that same afternoon. We were thrilled!

New update and review:

Our Carbon Monoxide monitor went off and I called MTC Heating and Air because they did such a great job with the dryer vent. They came out immediately when I told them about the Carbon Monoxide monitor. They discovered a leak in our old furnace venting system and were able to fix it right away.
We decided to replace our old furnace and put in a new HVAC system because family was coming to visit later that month. MTC was able to complete the job quickly and even came back to make sure the system was running well before our family arrived for their visit! We were thrilled with their work, and we highly recommend MTC Heating and Air!

A new update: Yesterday, lightening struck a tree close to our house. It fried my husband's computer and now our HVAC thermostat is not working properly. I called MTC Heating and Air early this morning, and was given an appointment for service this afternoon! We are thrilled with MTC Heating and Air. They have excellent customer service and wonderful customer satisfaction! I am thrilled that we found them!

Our condenser was struck by lightning, but AJ and Ali of MTC Heating and Air Conditioning made the necessary repairs and now it’s running beautifully! Thank you, MTC! Cheers to AJ and Ali! The best air men around! 💕

Very professional and efficient company. Fast with their work and tidy. My AC unit stopped working completely on a hot weekend and these people came to the rescue. This company was recommended to us by a neighbor, as they have used them for years, and we needed urgent help because we stayed without AC in the heatwave for long time, and we were unable to find a company who would help us for almost a week. I contacted them and explained our situation, and they made it a priority, and arrived within two hours to fix our AC. They did an excellent job, and they are very kind, nice, knowledgeable, with an understanding staff, and they were very respectful and accommodating to our family’s needs. We are very grateful for their help, this is the best heat and air service that we’ve ever had for almost 40 years of owning homes. We will always use their service from now on.

I don't usually write reviews but I was really happy with the service provided by MTC. I contacted them to replace my upstairs 20 years old HVAC. They came in and provided me with a competitive estimate. Once I decided to go with them they rapidly scheduled the installation date. Ali the business owner came in himself and with team completed the installation. They were knowledgeable and profetional. The system worked flawlessly. April their administrative person was very responsive I was getting almost immediate response back to all of the questions I had. Our AC unit stopped working after coming home from work one evening during a week of 90 degree temps. I filled out a form with MTC after reading great reviews. My usual AC person told me to call him the next day even after explaining this was an urgent fix… so I decided to give MTC a try.

They reached out within 15 min that evening and I was scheduled first thing in the morning. They were a slightly late than promised, but they texted and called about the delay keeping me informed - showed up exactly within the new promised time.

AJ did a full paid inspection as part of their standard process. Uncovered my issue and provided fair pricing. Things are working again and I’m happy with the service I received.

Highly recommended - very organized and I received a notification on the form of a text message prior to arrival. I have installed my Heat Pump (i.e. AC) and they have been excellent on their warranty and servicing needs.

The technician arrived early which I liked so he could get an early start. He diagnosed the problem and found my furnace needed som replacement parts that were still under warranty. MTC confirmed with manufacturer that parts were covered. MTC was able to schedule a tech to come next day to replace. MTC has seen very responsive.

MTC to the rescue!!! Our first experience with this company has been the best ever with an HVAC company. Not only did they pick up their own phones on a Sunday with knowledgeable people, but they were out here first thing on Monday at 8 AM and just finished. Our house is already cooler and we had a thorough inspection and the evaluation and honest and forthright dealings with cost and future services we should expect is greatly appreciated. Our house has gotten close to 90° with the unit running nonstop. My children and my pets and I were all suffering and other companies I called either had an answering service or didn’t call me back or were two weeks out before even being able to check our system and were mostly interested in selling us a new system before they even got to our house. Ali was and incredibly knowledgeable and kind, professional, and had two other team members come from MTC after meeting with me, cleaning out our system and talking to me every step along the way plus taking the time to share the photos and call my stepfather just so I didn’t have to make these decisions on my own after suffering through five days of unbearable heat in our home. My children and my pets are already so happy and so am I. We will definitely be doing business with MTC and requesting Ali by name in the future. Thank you so much, MTC, Ruby, Ali and team, for your professionalism, responsiveness, understanding and kindness and generosity of time so I could learn about this system. I did not know what to expect. My only hesitation would be sharing this with everyone publicly because next time I might not get lucky enough to get on your schedule so fast, 😆😆 but I would never hold back such a thankful review because of that. Such reasonable quotes and costs, too! God bless MTC for not putting me through a painful sales pitch mart making me feel like corporate greed was the reason for being in business. I truly felt like they want to help people while of course, making a profit that would keep their business successful, employees happy and living good lives, and customers returning for a much needed service.
