I had an all electric HVAC unit that was old and inefficient. Because I live in an old home, I decided to switch to gas heat. Ryan answered all my questions and was very knowledgable about everything. Once the gas company ran the gas line, Weatherproof came right out and installed my new unit. The installation was very fast but done very well. The price was also very reasonable and was quite a bit below what I had budgeted. It's been a month since the work was done and I'm completely satisfied with everything. I'll never use anyone else.

Great company and great service! My daughter was just born and while my wife and I were still in the hospital my parents called me to inform me my HVAC unit died and it was an unpleasant 50 degrees upstairs. (This was January of 2015). I called Ryan and he was able to get me a new unit installed before we brought our baby home! I highly recommend, great fast reliable turn around time too. I would highly recommend WeatherProof Heating & Cooling!! Our AC stopped cooling on an extremely hot day. Ryan squeezed us in at the last minute on a Friday and found a part that needed to be replaced. Very reasonable in pricing (we called others that had much higher service fees). He even came back out at the last minute the following Friday when we still experienced some problems with cooling. He didn't charge for his return visit, even though the problems ended up being due to issues other than our AC unit (i.e leaky ducts, etc.). He was nice enough to identify these issues for us, and give us tips on how we can fix them ourselves in the future so that we can get the most out of our AC unit.
