I want to give the absolute highest praise to Matthew and Fernando for their work during our recent maintenance visit. Honestly, I didn't even realize the annual maintenance was scheduled, but I was given a hilarious reminder that this was going by the heat that I started feeling during a zoom meeting!

I was stuck on a very important video conference, trying desperately to appear professional, but internally, I was burning up. I was literally dying inside my room, wondering why I was suddenly radiating heat! Once my meeting wrapped, I stepped out and realized the Expert Services van was outside—and my mystery was solved.
Matthew and Fernando are the epitome of professionalism. They immediately introduced themselves with a friendly demeanor and clearly explained their mission, ensuring we were aligned on the annual checklist, including a thorough inspection of the water heater and the entire system.
They took the time to ask key questions about the placement of the heat and any small issues we might have noticed recently. That proactive approach—asking questions instead of just rushing the check—showed how committed they are to genuinely expert service. They thoroughly checked everything, from the inside system to the outdoor unit, and then came back in to deliver the results.
When I say "he" was great, I mean "they" were both fantastic! Matthew and Fernando operate as a seamless, amazing duo. Their ability to clearly explain the report and tell us exactly what we needed to know was outstanding. This level of professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine customer care is simply not common in service industries today. They topped it off by having a QR code conveniently available on the back of their phones. 👌🏽❤️ This was an amazing experience.

Brook did a great job helping us with our yearly plumbing maintenance and replacing a worn outdoor faucet. She was thorough and knowledgeable, and quick to resolve the questions and issues we had.

Had my annual plumbing maintenance today. Brooke was the service technician. She did an excellent job. She was very professional and knowlegeable yet very corddial. I would highly recommend her.

Love this company. I have a yearly maintenance contract and the fall inspection was done this past Friday by Tyler Fielding. Tyler was such a nice guy and his enthusiasm is wonderful. He explains everything so well and I don't have any hesitation asking questions. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been very nice and professional. Very pleased with the service.

John came to our rescue! We had another leak spring in some piping that connects to our water heater overnight and we had to shut the water off to our home. John was able to get to us within 12 hours.

We were so blessed to have been sent him. Thank you John for all that you do! If we could give this man a thousand stars we would.

For my regular service, the technician Youssef Rachmoun did a fantastic job on servicing the unit and showing me the rest damage real time with a camera and high quality pictures. His professionalism and kindness is well appreciated. Youssef and William Foti were ready for all the questions regarding my aging unit and helped with the analysis of choices between repair and installing a new unit that can save in the long run. All done without being pushy which makes it easy when choices are laid out for the customer.

Youssef was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained all that he was doing and when he was completed, showed me the pictures he took of our systems and explained recommendations to help with making them last longer.

Thank you Quinton for your help today with my heating system. He did an excellent job explaining and offering a solution to the problem. He was pleasant and patient in explaining what was wrong. I would highly recommend this company and Quinton is an excellent and professional member of your team.

Jorge Arteaga was the service tech who made the repair to our heating unit. He was articulate in explaining the situation and what was needed to make the repair. Jorge was courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Jorge to others for any HVAC issues.

Frederick was excellent. He called promptly at 8am to let me know he was on the way and arrived and begin maintenance on the HVAC system. He worked fast and efficiently and was done in no time, explained everything and was out the door. Great service as usual!

I can't make a second review so I'm adding to the first:
This weekend, we tried to do some regular maintenance on our washer and found ourselves in a bind. That was Sunday - we were able to get a non-emergency appointment on Monday to assess the situation. John was fast, friendly, and able to answer all our questions. The conversation led to him finding another potential issue, so we are getting them both fixed at the same time, and he was able to get us in the same week!

First review: Jose and Fred were here for our maintenance visit. They gave our systems a thorough examination and cleaned the outdoor units. They were courteous, easy to work with, and their explanations made sense.

Hayes came and did a great job on my maintenance. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Very nice guy and very helpful. Good asset to the company. Ask for him.
