This location is trash. Very disappointing and bothering

I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Raleigh location. The guy behind the desk didn't even bother to get up and walk to the counter he just yelled across the room. Nobody seemed to know where anything was or how to rent a piece of equipment. It took up entirely too much of an extremely busy day for me. Will not rent from here again.

Barely any stock and the phone line representative doesn't even know how to talk on a phone. Tried multiple phone methods (headset, ear to phone, speaker mode) then asked him multiple times to please speak up but he wouldn't. He just kept mumbling and it was clear he didn't care about service.
