I needed a HVAC company immediately to service a commercial HVAC Unit and I called Tech-On-Deck. I was so warmly greeted by Jody. Her warm and inviting phone voice gave me confidence that I called the right company. She walked me through the process and assured me that she would schedule a tech the next day. Justin, the Tech-On-Deck tech was onsite the next day ready offer their services. He was so knowledgeable and understanding. I'm so pleased that I called this company. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Contacted Tech on Deck Heating and Air and Justin came right out and diagnosed the problem of my unit freezing up and not defrosting . Thought I was gonna have to go 4 days until fixed but no , Jody called and said they wanted it fixed before the weekend cold weather and Shane would be out to install new parts and now I’m back up and running before the cold hits . That’s what u call customer service .

I absolutely received the best customer service from Tyler today. What a fine young man! He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away! Very courteous and I was truly impressed! He is definitely an asset to your company!!

Called to get an estimate on a new unit. Came out same day. Very friendly office lady. Estimate was in line with others.

Justin and the Tech on Deck crew were amazing. They were prompt and were able to come out within 30 minutes of me calling. Originally we were quoted $1500 for fixing the repair by another company and Justin was able to diagnose the actual problem and save us over $1,200 by fixing the issue within 5 minutes. Extremely reliable and honest group. Thanks again!

Tyler arrived to service our HVAC units on time and was very thorough in his task. He was also helpful in explaining and identifying things we should be on the lookout for in the next coming seasons with our older furnace. Highly recommend this team, they’ve been great.

I had an issue with the outside unit not working. I placed a call to Tech-on-Deck on Thursday and they were able to get me scheduled on Friday. They sent their HVAC technician Justin to service my unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the issue with my system and repaired it. Pricing is reasonable and doesn’t break the bank. I will use their services in the future.

Extraordinary service. Another company gave me three different reasons for my HVAC system problems with thousands of dollars to fix. I saw the reviews with Tech-On-Deck. They came out that day and did a total review. Tyler was informative, professional and knowledgeable. I felt heard and also his advice and solutions were reasonable and what you would hope from a vendor relationship. He also explained what the problem was so I understood which was very helpful. Highly recommended, It's a rare instance where I feel the integrity of the company and personnel fall in line with the highest rating. Well deserved.

Great service all around. Owner Justin personally came to diagnose the issue. Jodi was very easy to deal with over the phone to schedule appointments. Tyler knocked out the repair to our mini split. Highly recommend. I won’t lose their number.

My AC stopped working and Justin was able to come out very quick to fix it. He showed me what was broken and repaired it. Great service! Would highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Tech-On-Deck. Alden and Hunter were professional, efficient, and really took the time to explain the work they were doing while replacing our AC coil. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made sure I understood everything along the way. From start to finish, the team at Tech-On-Deck was responsive, transparent and trustworthy. I was sad when Taylor left, but I like Shane just as much he had good answers for my questions and explain things in a thoughtful manner. He was also very caring and extra above board with the property and closing the gate and even putting the lock back on which wasn’t necessary, but appreciated. Thank you, Shane.

Last year we had a minisplit installed for our garage addition and were impressed with all the folks at Tech On Deck, who were quick, professional, and good communicators. We also had them replace all the old ductwork in our house and add a damper system to create two zones. It has been a huge improvement in our AC situation. Recently had them out to do a fix with some of the ductwork that was installed and since it was an issue that could have been dealt with at the original install they fixed it without charge. Jodi was very pleasant over the phone and Tyler was quick and efficient with the work.

My AC system quit working. I called Tech-On-Deck and Justin came out the same afternoon to diagnose our problem and informed us that we need a new unit and duct work. His team (Bradley and Hunter) were very professional and efficient and kept us informed all through the process. I will definitely continue to use Tech-On-Deck and will also recommend to others! They are the best!

Shane did a super job checking my thermostat. He was very thorough checking the heating unit as well as my sump pump. He was here within an hour of my call. Thank you Shane!

I am so impressed withTech-On-Deck! From Justin coming out to give an estimate, to Bradley on installation day, to Kim and Jody in the office. I could not be happier with the service I received! They were all very patient, kind, and helpful (I had numerous questions). Communication was outstanding and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Shane was first and foremost polite and professional. He provided a thorough description of what he did and the results thereafter. I asked him to go back inside to set the heat for me and he gladly did so. Would want him to do my next service.

I would highly recommend Tech-On/Deck for heating and air conditioning. They installed a new heating system for us. It was done in a timely and professional manner. We were extremely pleased with their workmanship. Will use them in the future.

Shane did a great job finding out the issue with our HVAC system that suddenly stopped working. He walked me through the problems and how he was going to address them every step of the way. Very professional when coming into the house to check our thermostat and made sure to keep me updated with any work he was going to do to our system. He really helped us in a bind!
