The work done was a great job. My air was installed have not had any issues.
Joel and his crew installed my air conditioning system a few years ago, complete with new zoning and a new thermostat. It’s been wonderful ever since, and I have absolutely no complaints. My HVAC system went out at the end of this past summer. I barely scraped by and made it into the winter where I could better shop and evaluate systems as well as get a better deal hopefully in the cold season. I got recommended to Joel through a friend and additionally met him ane his wife at a networking event. Up to this point id already talked to 5 different companies to get quotes, options, prices, and any basic understanding i could on a "good" HVAC systems. The more info i got, or the more estimates i got, the more uncertain, confused and stressed i was on making the best choice. Joel was direct and honest and kept it real with me. He Patiently explained and answered all my questions and finally gave me some clarity. He laid out a plan and different for me that were more price competitive than the other quotes id received. He wasnt pushy or trying to fear monger upsell me. I really like that he isn't a massive faceless organization or just a single guy. Has been doing this for 15 years. After putting off doing this replacement for months, Within less than a week I met him at a networking event. Scheduled and met with him to look and get some quotes/options. Decided to go w him because he came out on top with his pricing. Was able to schedule for install within a couple of days. Now im warm and not freezing in my home. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism of his team. After talking to 5 other companies/individuals and overthinking who to go with for way to long i Highly recommend Joel and Triangle Trade Pros as they made the process as seamless and easy as can be when youre crying over how much money you just spent. The first time Joel came to do service maintenance on my HVAC unit he mentioned I need a capacitor. I paid over $200 for this service. He gave wonderful pictures and was professional and seemed concerned about getting HVAC in proper care. He later gave me a quote on ductwork. All ductwork was valued over $4000. I elected to do some repair and replace 3 ducts worth $950. Joel was to arrive at 9am to do the ductwork- He arrived at 9:40 stating, “I stayed up late last night and I am not a morning person, but hey, it’s no problem.”I told him it doesn’t look good on your business and it may stop people from referring him to others!! Last night @10pm I called asking to use the 24 hour service since my unit doesn’t come on now. NO ONE RESPONDED …Just received a call from the woman that returns calls@7:47am. She first stated Joel will be arriving at 10am... I inquired about the 24 hour service and why no one called or came by last night . She called back in 10 minutes stating he is NOT coming because I asked about why the 24hour service that is on the website was not available. She stated Joel mentioned that he changed his mind in coming and to seek another HVAC company to fix any issues. When I tried to send a text to this company-since they like to text instead of talking to people- my text was not delivered— they blocked my messages!!

This violates the membership agreement, failed the warranty agreement and overall lack of care. Currently inside my house is 57 degrees. This is lack of professionalism. No matter how you feel about anything, you have to stand behind your work and adhere to the agreement you placed on your website. I paid over $1100 and gave a tip to end up worse than before! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
