TLDR: Ask for Moe!
I had a horrible situation where my AC unit condensate line was leaking like crazy, even though the unit had been serviced by another company over the winter. I called up JW (via American Home Shield) and they were able to come out the following week (busy schedule, high summer!). JW sent Moe who was kind, patient, professional, and extremely experienced in servicing and understanding AC units. He was able to explain to me the source of the problem and how to diagnose if the problem was going to recur. I would definitely use JW again, and recommend Moe to others.

Our air conditioning stopped working about a week ago, scheduled for a technician to come out, and Justin showed up and was very helpful, solve the problem quickly, explain to me what the issue was and how do I identify If the issue was happening in the future. Absolutely fantastic experience!

Excellent customer service with quick response! Air conditioning stopped working during heat advisory, with temps close to 100 degrees. Received appt within a hour for the next morning. Text message notifications received with expected arrival time. Technician, Moe, was wonderful, friendly and new his service. Got air up and running quickly with a low price!

My 16 y/o+ heat pump went out for its annual summer vacation. Called AHS for warranty repair. Totally ready to trash the heat pump and have a new system installed. Jimmy worked up an estimate for my ideal system, but I decided to sell my home so I opted to just fix the old unit. He did such a good job the unit is working better than ever (used to never turn off in the summer until late at night) but now, it only pops on two or three times an hour. My electric bill is about 40% less. I'm just amazed! Great job, Jimmy and team! Thank you!

I have to admit when I first read the reviews I was leery. However, this company is totally awesome. They surpassed all my expectations. I had a call ONE hour after putting in the service request with AHS. To my surprise the service was going to be within a couple of hours. The tech they sent, Mo, was super nice. You can tell he really cares about his work and customer service. Will definitely recommend in the future. Thank you for getting my system working!

James was the bomb! Our unit is old and one they no longer work on because of issues with the manufacturer. He took a look at it to see if it was something that he could fix. We lucked out and it was the compressor! He had cool air running in less than ten minutes. We were sure who ever came to us would just try to sell us a new unit. Very thankful that James is an honest guy. We will definitely be using him in the future when we do need to replace our unit!

TLDR: Went through our home warranty (AHS). Called JW Ultra after the service request was filed on warranty website. They had a technician in the area and got to us within 2 hours of the service request. Our technician (Cesar) was on time, professional, polite, and efficient. We are absolutely thrilled with the service. Will recommend to others and absolutely would use again.

We placed an service request through American Home Shield on Wednesday. They assigned a repair company that told us they would not be able to be out until the following Tuesday, but put on the AHS website that they had scheduled an appointment for same day. We looked them up and were disappointed to see that they had low reviews and didn't prioritize warranty customers.

We canceled our work order, were refunded, and assigned to JW Ultra Air Heating & Cooling. We called them right after the service request was issued, and they said they would be out within 2 hours. 90 minutes later I received a text that Cesar was on his way. He was cordial, professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it, and we were good to go.

While I understand we were lucky to get someone out this quickly, I would recommend their service to anyone.

Cesar was great! Reported to the home on time and quickly identified the problem! He was able to exchange the part and fix the air conditioning issue. Very kind and professional!
