I used LIVEGREEN to address mold and critter issues in our crawlspace. Having just moved here from Florida, we were unfamiliar with crawlspaces and their various problems. The LIVEGREEN folks were excellent to work with throughout the entire process.….the initial visit, proposal, scheduling, and, most importantly, the encapsulation and clean-up. All the staff with whom I dealt (including members of the crew) were courteous, hard-working, efficient, and prompt to respond to questions, and I would highly recommend them.

I had my crawl space sealed. They did a wonderful job. On time, short timeline, profesional and excellent job quality. I shopped around for this sevice and no one could beat their price. My crawl space is clean and neat looking. All my questions were answered. They even fixed my door to the crawl space for no extra charge. Absolutely reccommend LiveGreen.

Chris was very quick to come out and give us an estimate. He explained the entire process where it was easy to understand and we knew this was the right decision to seal the crawlspace.It is so clean under there now, I have no issue going inside there now. No more worries of critters or installation falling down because of moisture. They also put in a new door to our crawlspace. We really love it and wish we had done this sooner. Live Green Inc. sealed our crawlspace. We are very pleased with the out come. From the sales process to the installation. Everything was completed on time and to our great satisfaction. We feel the house is much more efficient as far as HVAC AC and HEAT usage. We did this upgrade in conjunction with installation of new HVAC units. Live Green worked with our HVAC company to complete the work on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome. Highly Recommend!!

Live Green removed all insulation from underneath our home and replace it and sealed my total crawlspace. They also reinsulated my attic space. Great people to work with and very professional. Cleaned every area after they completed the work.

We used Livegreen to install insulation into our basement ceiling. The team turned up on time, were very friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and efficiently. LiveGreen did a crawlspace encapsulation and installed a radon remediation system for me. Chris, Bruce, John, and the rest of the crew did an awesome job! Charlotte in the office was very professional and polite in answering questions and in having Chris contact me to come out for a quote. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He walked me through their services after his visit and offered great insight with no pressure to use their services. Once the crew arrived they were thorough and quick and you could not even tell they were there. Everything was cleaned up and removed without a trace. Live Green Inc encapsulated my crawlspace for a reasonable price. Their work is clean and their staff is very pleasant to work with. I would absolutely hire them again for future jobs if the need arises.

This was the second time I've used LiveGreen to clean and seal a crawl space, and I would definitely use them again if needed. Their prices are fair and they genuinely seem more concerned with your house and the quality of work rather than just their bottom line. Chris also came back out for a post-inspection after having some HVAC work done, to make sure the crawl was still properly sealed. I highly recommend LiveGreen!

Both times the experience has been excellent: upfront and fair pricing, top-notch work completed on-time and as expected, guarantees on their work, and quick responses to any follow up questions. Few months after installing our new hardwood floor, the hardwoods started to bow because of the excessive moisture in the crawlspace. While evaluating few of the crawlspace encapsulation companies to fix the issue, I found Live Green Inc. to be very competitively priced and less pushy. They didn't try to sell unnecessary additional options; they quoted just the minimum required work. I decided to go with them and the crew did a great job!

After a month, the moisture levels didn't come down and I asked Chris to come back and check. To my surprise, the owner of the company came down to inspect and he said they should have considered installing a dehumidifier to begin with because of the height of my crawlspace. Since this was a miss, he said he would install the dehumidifier for free of charge.

After the dehumidifier installation, my crawl space moisture level is well under control and the hardwoods have gotten better. Thanks to Chris and team for taking care of the issue right away!
