I enjoyed working with the owner, Bart, and he took a yard that had never really been cleaned up and made it beautiful. The landscaping is lovely and I’m very happy.

Our landscaping was about 35 years old and in need of a refresh. We had the typical evergreen shurbs and trees around the house and about the property and only a few that brought color in the Spring for a couple weeks at best. A fair number of our old shrubs and trees were sickly. We met with Bart and gave him our thoughts on what we would like to have and see... low maintenance, easy care, more color throughout the year. We are not gardeners at all so that fell to him to figure out.

Bart came back with a great plan and had actual pictures of what our landscape around our house could be when he finished. He had some options for us to choose and explained and answered all our questions.

And he started and finished when he said he would. They took great care on removing the old shrubs and small trees. They even worked through a bit of rain on one planting day. And did not hesitate if we asked for a little something particular... moving a few plants, changing a couple. The crew was wonderful. Very much wanting to please and very nice, good people. And anyone could see they were an experienced crew, a team that had worked together for a while... they all knew what to do.

We are very pleased with the finished job and yet were assured if we decided we didn't quite like something a week or two from now, they would be glad to come back and make changes for us.

And one of the things I had asked for... a small flower garden bed for the wife... they made the bed and then did the fall flower planting too. Big things, little things... they did them all.

We used Bart at Baileys landscape in Raleigh for our property in Rolesville. They planted a lot of privacy shrubs as well as all the edging and mulching and pine straw. We have a large lot and it looks beautiful. They were very though and professional. We couldn’t be happier. Will definitely use again when we do our next phase. Baxley Landscape Service installed new fescue sod after we had a few trees taken down. Bart was great to work with- he was attentive, communicative & answered all my questions/concerns. His team was punctual & efficient, too. I highly recommend Baxley Landscape Service!

Do NOT use this person. I used him almost 15 years ago. The backyard was not properly graded, plants died, he would not return calls or fix issues - he didn't show up for small claims court. I won judgement but by then, he transferred ownership to avoid confiscation of assets. He creates multiple businesses as each one fails to avoid small claims. He even admitted he was wrong but would not do anything about it.
