Excellent work by Brookscapes in placing an idea into reality. Ken worked with us from start to finish between planning (sketches, getting utilities and gas lines marked), organizing drop zones and work areas for supplies and other behind the scenes activities such as burying two of our gutter drains to avoid excessive water on the final product. The crew also relocated two underground pop-up sprinkler heads and regraded our yard behind the new seat wall. In the end, we have a gorgeous patio paver project with stone seat wall completed. The only thing I would critique about the overall experience is solidifying better start dates. We were somewhat in the dark for awhile until the week of the actual start date, otherwise it was a great experience. Thanks guys!

After 20 years with one company, we were looking for someone able to bring our yard back to it's original beauty. Now, three months in, we are ecstatic with Brookscapes and what they have accomplished. We were used to mediocre; now we see what excellence truly is. The beds are defined. The weeds are gone. The collection of debris in the natural beds-cleared out!!! And our grass! It is gorgeous, lush, with no dead patches/areas. We cannot over-state our gratitude, regard and sing praises for the staff at Brookscapes-EXCELLENCE says it all!

Jeff is knowledgeable. He did an excellent job with a hardscaping/landscaping project for us. Quality work, responsive and punctual. Very happy with the service, which exceeded our expectation.

Their crew worked efficiently and meticulously, and the transformation was nothing short of stunning. To top it off, they used their own leaf truck to clean up the back of the property, removing a massive buildup of leaves and debris that had been accumulating for far too long.

As a parent at Oberlin middle school, I just want to say how truly blown away I am by the generosity and hard work of the Brookscapes team. This incredible local Raleigh company donated their time, tools, machinery, and labor to help clean up and completely transform a neglected area of our school campus—and they did it all with care, professionalism, and heart.
The space around the teachers’ entrance had become so overgrown and unwelcoming, but Brookscapes stepped in and turned it into something beautiful. It’s now a space that reflects the pride we all have in our school community. And they didn’t stop there—they brought in their leaf truck and cleared out piles of leaves at the back of the property that had been building up for ages.
Their crew worked with such efficiency and attention to detail. It’s clear they care deeply not only about the work they do, but also about giving back to their community. As a parent, it means so much to see a business step up like this for our kids and teachers. Brookscapes is the real deal—top-tier professionals with a heart for service. I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for expert landscaping.

Working with Ken and Jeff was wonderful. Ken was amazing at helping us visualizing our dream patio and helped provide choices. Jeff did an incredible job making sure everything was done to a high quality, and his attention to detail truly went above and beyond (including working with our granite provider to make sure the grill fit perfectly).

If you're looking for someone to help make an amazing outdoor living space you'll be hard pressed to find a better group.

Brookscapes was outstanding!! If you are looking for someone to design your yard from start to finish Ken and Jeff are the team to hire. We have a huge backyard with lots of trees and grass. They transformed this space into what everyone now calls a resort. I gave them my wish list, which changed multiple times and they were very accommodating. The skill set of Customer and project management spoke for itself throughout the transformation process. We put in a pool, they worked directly with the company and we didn't have to deal with anything except picking the color of the liner. They added hard scape, deck, gas fire pit, Pavilion and my dogs favorite turf area. The experience was made so seamless, which was my favorite part. They kept the space tidy while they worked and the quality of workmanship is impeccable I would hire them all over again!!!!

They are literal middle men, just contact a local landscaper that actually does the work himself and I promise you it will be half the price and even better quality

Stay Away - Scott Brooks is extremely rude. Called me, I was running late. No stars should be an option. He decides to a make a smart comment about me not “taking this” importantly..... I’m a 40 year old man, my own mother doesn’t speak to me like that. There are plenty of landscaping copies who would jump at the chance to earn 10k on the spot. STAY AWAY!!
