Upon first contacting them the owner was a really nice guy who took time out of his day to explain to me the process of how he and his son do their stone masonry and the techniques and details they use, do down to their supplier and how they only use the best quality products for cement and sand. They were honest with me the whole time and even took time to help me if I wanted to tackle doing the stone veneer myself because their so booked with jobs. I highly recommend them and I know they would do good work! Thank you guys!

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Total Masonry! From start to finish, their attention to detail was impeccable. They took the time to understand my vision and executed it perfectly, ensuring every brick/stone was laid with precision.

The Total Masonry team is awesome! Dimitri and his son Chris worked on a back patio and fire pit for us and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Exactly what we were wanting! The communication throughout the process was great, would recommend them to anyone looking to take their outdoor space to the next level. Can’t wait to host this fall and show it off!

We would have no reservations recommending Dimitri for stone or masonry work. We are delighted with all the work he did for us! He completely removed an existing concret and stone walkway, poured a new concrete base and topped that with a beautiful 4 ft. wide flagstone walk. He completely rebuilt our 8 ft. wide stone porch steps, tore out an older patio and replaced it with a very nice flagstone patio and walkway, and built a lovely curved stone planter. He also rebuilt a leaning retainer wall in back of our home. He communicated with us promptly and clearly and was always there on time and when promised. He and his crew of three, including his son, worked very well together. He is a "hands on" guy. He is always there doing and supervising the work himself each day. Importantly, he always insists on "doing it right!" He is easy to work with and willing to make changes on the fly. He is artistic and has good ideas! I will post pictures when the landscaping is complete.

I recently hired Total Masonry, and I couldn't be more impressed! I can't say enough good things about the team! Their craftsmanship is top-notch, and the level of detail they bring to their work is truly impressive. Every aspect of the project was handled with care, and it shows in the final result. You can tell the guys know what they're doing, and to say they're dedicated to their craft would be a vast understatement.

Excellent Masonry Work!

Total Masonry did an outstanding job on our patio, the brickwork and stonework were flawless and precise. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Not only did Dimitri and his crew meet all my expectations, but exceeded them. The team was punctual, efficient, and maintained a clean worksite throughout the project.

Dimitri took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The finished product is both durable and aesthetically pleasing.

We hired Dimitri to help us figure out how and where to place a small outdoor kitchen and build it. He was flexible and cooperative and offered us a few options within our budget. He and his team are very focused on building what you expect and being very neat and clean about it. These guys cleaned the yard and driveway everyday after work - much appreciated. The end result is fantastic and we will be expanding with them again. Really good experience.

Dimitri's masonry team is outstanding!! I had a great experience working with them on our backyard patio. They were super thorough with every part of the job and made sure everything was done right the first time. They were very precise and his finishing on our patio was very clean. They always showed up on time and I really appreciated how punctual they were. We are really happy with his teams outstanding work. Everything looks clean, sharp, and really well put together!!

You can tell they care about the quality of their work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and would hire again for future jobs!

We hired Total Masonry to remove a long inclined sidewalk and regrade the area to reduce a very steep hill (mountain) in our front yard. The project also involved removing two 6’ wide deep brick steps and large slab, replacing them with four stone and limestone steps and smaller slab, along with a new level sidewalk. Dimitri and his crew did an outstanding job. They really transformed our front yard. The end result exceeded our expectations and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We live in Preston in a nice home on a cul-de-sac. Our home is 35 years old and in great shape. A few weeks back we hired Total Masonry to repair our brick steps and landing which were badly in need of being replaced or fixed. We also were seeking to clean and re-level our large paver patio in the backyard, along with a connecting paver sidewalk along the garage. Dimitri scheduled a site-visit right away and we felt very comfortable that he was skilled and a professional. The project went as planned and slightly ahead of schedule. The results were fantastic. We are totally pleased and will recommend Total Masonry to all our friends. I think we’re so happy because not only was the work amazing but the communication happened and expectations were all met. Wow.

0 Stars - A Complete Waste of Time

If you’re considering Total Masonry for any work, do yourself a favor and DON’T. I hired them for a simple concrete job that should have taken two days, but after three months of constant rescheduling, it became clear they had no intention of doing the work. They rescheduled me more than 15 times! Some excuses, like heat waves, made sense, but most were just ridiculous—family issues, vacations, or being busy with other customers who I had booked before. It’s clear that they prioritize everyone and everything over their clients.

Dimitri, the owner, had no problem collecting the $1000 deposit the same day of our agreement, but took over 10 days to return it when I finally had enough. They basically wasted my entire summer stringing me along, offering one excuse after another, without ever starting the job.

If you want to deal with a company that treats its customers like an afterthought, go ahead and hire Total Masonry. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs and find someone who actually wants to work. This isn’t a business—it’s a joke.
