I had a dreaded slab leak...yes, jackhammers to the foundation...but they came up with a plan to reroute the piping through the ceiling.

Two cuts to the dry wall and six hours later, and no more pipes in the slab.

Updating the post to reflect that the owner and I worked it out; he will get another call from us should we have issues. It was a misunderstanding. All is good; we agreed to split the difference on the second hour.

Was told it was going to be $125/hour; plumber was at our house for about 45 minutes, maybe an hour and that's being gracious, got a bill for two full hours. They showed up 20 - 30 minutes late. When I challenged the $233 they said that's what it is and the clock starts when he (plumber) calls me on his way; we never received a call (we checked our phone logs). The work they did was great; the billing was at best deceitful. If you hire them, document when they call, when they leave. They said the owner would contact me to resolve. Will update when that happens.

Expensive trip charge, but good service.

They came May 13th to remove a brominator and fix a shower that had a bad cartridge. After six (that's right, six) calls to Judy, the part was never ordered, because they said they couldn't locate it. Today Sept. 08th, after growing tired of looking at the dismantled shower, I called another plumber. They looked at the cartridge pulled it up on Amazon and ordered the part. Doesn't seem that difficult to locate to me. I will not be using them again.

This business has been spamming my email and snail mail with advertisements and I have never used their services before. Will never use their services after seeing how desperate they are for work.

Poor workers they just sit around smoking and sitting down, they cheat their customers into thinking they need more than what they actually need, and they have a really bad track of keeping valves and material together

Avoid this company at all cost. Bad people bad company. A trusted agent of mine introduced them to me so I didn't do my due diligence because of his past "good" experience (now I doubt it). There were two guys in different times came in to my house to fix dripping water problem from T&P valve on the water heater (due to water pressure issue). Why two guys? because the first guy didn't solve the problem(he didn't even test water pressure upon arrival. No, he is not a rookie). How much did they charge me at the end? I give you a hint: the money you could buy half of a new water heater. After a couple of weeks dispute between Kidd and us (mainly my agent), they mearly discounted 10% or so off the original charges. Kidd Plumbing shouldn't exist because they don't have any sense of customer service and satisfaction. They are just bunch of cheats. I would tell this terrible story/exprience to everybody around me AND on every possible social review board. That's my mission. Again, STAY AWAY from Kidd Plumbing, terrible terrible company.
