NC Water Heaters installed a new tankless hot water heater with recirculation. Everyone I dealt with - Dave, Brandon, Jason, Steven, and the administrative staff - were very helpful and concerned about making sure the job was done right. I am very happy I chose NC Water Heaters for my service.

I ordered a heatpump water heater installed with a recirculator to improve hot water delivery to the far end of my home. The 3-man team arrived on time and with a well-defined plan of attack to get everything completed within hours. Truly enthusiastic about their products and services. Their tips and suggestions were very useful.

Very reliable, open honest and quality work. I needed emergency services for both fixing water heater and reconstruction of ceiling drywall. They fixed the water heater to code and the drywall fixed up and painted ceiling. Highly recommend!

Our water heater went out at about 8pm on Friday, Jan 23. Yes, after hours, on a weekend, and just before the impending ice storm. Fantastic timing...

I frantically made calls trying to find ANYONE to come fix it. Dave at NC water heaters was the first one to respond. He gave us a reasonable quote the same night and we had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. Meanwhile I'm still waiting on at least 3 other companies to even call me back.

Jason was professional, very communicative, and knew exactly what to do. I had multiple estimates done from different companies because the first person to inspect the water heater provided wrong information, stated that they would be leaving holes in my wall (for me to resolve), and an electrician would be needed. Then Jason from NCWaterHeaters did an inspection, provided me with the next steps, an estimate, and was able to schedule an appointment within two days! He installed the water heater within 2 hours, showed me how to make changes, and I finally had hot water again.

My hot water heater burst on New Year’s Day. The technician was here within an hour after I called. He turned off the water and offered to replace the heater that same afternoon. I chose to wait until the next day and they were here by noon. Within four hours, it was completed. I will call them Again for my plumbing needs

Amazing! Gas hot water heater died. From call to install was 4 hours! Greg had great workmanship and was very knowledgeable. Jenny was awesome and prompt at setting up the visit. All-around a great team. Would highly recommend them and I will use them again for sure.

The company was very responsive to my problems and arranged to quickly access my problematic tankless water heater.

They showed up on time, did exactly what they quoted. They were fast, neat and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them for hot water heater installations. My installation was an instant hot water heater and several other changes to existing plumbing and replacing the pressure regulator.

This company was outstanding! We had two different companies come before to try and troubleshoot the problem. None of them completely fixed the water heater problem. Once I connected with them, we quickly discussed the issue over the phone. Brandon was tremendous, courtesy, and very knowledgeable. We then had Steven (technician) at our property in a couple days. Steven explained everything, offered options, and was very professional in his work. We are happy we used NC Water Heaters and do plan on using them in the future for other services.

It’s difficult to find a contractor, electrician, carpenter, etc., that you can trust and one that will do the job professionally at a reasonable price . Look no further, these guys are legit!

Hired to install a ceiling fan along with running wire and installing a box that could handle the weight. Initially, I was considering running conduit versus going through the extra work of removing ceiling boards and finish trim. (Covered porch area). Leigh, the electrician, recommended pulling one panel down and running the wiring inside. Of course, this was the right way to go, much better aesthetically; a professional finish. Along with Jim and Jeremy, the NC WatetHeaters crew had it installed in no time. Better yet, they are a “start to finish” company; electrical, drywall and painting, in my case. Finished product looked like it came with the house.
