Carlo Scott did an excellent job of installing the Level 2 EV charging circuit in our garage at the location I requested. Quality materials, and left the site clean and tidy. The subsequent inspection went well and we’re now awaiting a credit from Duke Energy. The charger works great!

We found Viva through Angi and could not be more satisfied. Their certified electrician, Michael Bullock, came out within a day of my request to quote and candidly assessed our attic fan situation. Despite the extreme heat, he was willing to take a look. He knew immediately what the issue was and proposed a plan of action at a reasonable price point. He and a co- worker returned within a week (at a cooler, earlier hour!) with the necessary parts to complete the entire job. They were always on time, respectful of property, very knowledgeable, and thorough. I look forward to working with Viva on our future electrical needs.

Carlo and Mike from Viva were very thorough and professional. They came to install a light fixture but started by asking if we had experienced any electrical issues in the house before beginning. They took a look at a few things and assured us that everything looked good. Installed light fixture and a dimmer switch for us and made sure everything worked and was in order prior to leaving. Very happy with their work!

I hired Ease to install a gas line to our kitchen for our new range. Every team member who assisted with the process was extremely kind and professional. Ian helped with the initial estimate and severed as my main point throughout the installation process. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and was able to schedule service immediately. Criby and Josh came out to do the initial installation and then Cirby and Hal came out to finish the job by installing the range once the inspection was finalized. They were all incredible to work with. Cirby and Hal even spent extra time to ensure the range was property set up and running appropriately. They truly went above and beyond with the service they provided. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I look forward to having them assist with our next project.

Kirby was friendly, responsive, and very professional. He listened to my concerns and diagnosed the problems with my water heater in a thoughtful and compassionate way, making sure to educate me as well on how the system works. He sent me a detailed estimate and took the time to review the charges with me and even provided a labor-only estimate, at my request. I know we’re talking about plumbing here but his bedside manner would not be out of place in a medical provider’s office. He is truly an asset and an excellent ambassador for Ease Plumbing.

Hal and his helper did a great job fixing my shower head leak. They explained what was needed to fix the leak immediately and provided great recommendations on what was needed for a complete mixing valve replacement if I wanted to do this down the road. They were both very polite, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend Hal to anyone needing plumbing repairs!

I had the pleasure to have had an ev charging outlet installed by Carlo Scott. He was very professional and willing to work with me despite me having issues being there because of work. Excellent work and aestically pleasant install. I would highly recommend Carlo for any electrical needs. Very happy with the experience, communication, and follow up I received from him.

Highly recommend. The company was very responsive, prompt, and followed up on everything to ensure job was done right. They were very courteous and respectful. I really liked how they scheduled and notified, and kept you up to date on status. They informed who would be showing up and when, and did what they said they would do. Mike was great to work with and will use again.

I've had two electrical issues that had been bothering me for over a year. One of the issues was a suspected problem from a previous electrician's work when installing an additional outdoor outlet. The other issue had to do with one indoor circuit which had one of my own smart switch installations (lights were flickering).

I didn't want to use the previous electrician because they made a mess of a work and even damaged my wall. I tried to get a locally recommended electrician but they were fully booked for months. Finally I just googled for electricians and chose Viva Electric from the search results.

It turned out to be a great choice! They went out of their way to find me an appointment time within days, even though they were fully booked. When they arrived (exactly on time), they were extremely friendly and helped me troubleshoot my issues, showing me everything along the way. The workers definitely went beyond what would one would desire and even helped me rearrange a chandelier that had been crooked since I bought the house! That chandelier is _very_ high up in a two-story foyer and there's no way I would've been able to reach that in my own.

Absolutely top notch. I'm an active real estate agent, have plenty of experience with repairs and flips so I know a good contractor from a bad one. EASE is top notch. Very responsive to our somewhat emergent leak, thorough in the investigation (tech even went into attic to rule out roof related issue) and clear and accurate on the estimate of the repair/replacement we chose. Hal was our technician to replace 3 toilets. He was perfect in every way. Allowed us to inspect and approve the new fixtures. He was thorough in explaining how his installation would work. He even took a second to look at another future project and gave us a ballpark quote. I would absolutely recommend Ease Plumbing.

Dan and Corey came out to fix a leak right away. Definitely recommend them. Great communication and response time. First guys to wear foot booties in my house(thank you), very nice and respectable. Assessed the crawl for free and discovered water heater is currently faulting and needs replaced (its also 18 yo). Advised for financing 12 mo no interest on a fair price. Carlo and Mike were great!! They were very professional and helpful in understanding our issue and how to resolve it. Further, they did a complete walk-around the house and made sure all our electric and outlets were functioning as required.

Tim and Ian came on time and prepared. they were professional and friendly. I needed to have the plumbing under the kitchen sink rerouted after having a deeper sink installed. They also installed a new garbage disposal. they did a great job and I'm happy I can use my sink again. Thanks guys! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. They are a bit pricey.

Great experience with Viva Electric. It was an emergency job and they came an hour after I booked. Carlo was super patient and figured out the issue with my Ring Spotlight Cam not charging via solar panel in the front and got it back working. I would definitely use this business again.

We recently had our in wall replaced and needed to have our circuit breaker upgraded to the proper amp rating.

There was a recall on the electrical panel installed when my home was built 2 years ago. Viva Electric was the company selected to come and inspect the panel. Scheduling a visit was easy. The company sent a text with a picture of the technician, Michael Bullock to let me know he was on his way. Once he was here, he clearly explained what the issue was and reassured me it was nothing serious. It took him approximately 10 minutes to take the panel cover off and check the screws that could have been loose. He said that all of the wiring and connectors were installed properly and it was one of the better jobs he had seen in newer homes. Mr. Bullock was very professional. If I have any electrical issues I will definitely be calling Viva Electric.

My experience With NuBlue service group was simply amazing!! From the Dispatch giving me updated text messages with a picture of my service advisor, To the level of experience and professionalism that was provided I would most definitely call upon them again, especially since I had made the appointment in the late afternoon of Thursday Thursday and they arrived first thing 9 AM the next morning! I don’t believe I can get much more service than that! Everything was explained, and shown to me before I had to purchase any services, The pricing was reasonable, and simply could not be happier!!!

Another really good experience with NuBlue. We've had several plumbing visits. Today was electrical to service our generac generator. Everyone we've dealt with at NuBlue has been very professional, and great to work with. They communicate appointments and status really well.

Contacted NuBlue to install an EV charging outlet. Their service tech was through and efficient. The price and time frame were reasonable. They even made time to install it a day earlier than scheduled per my request. Passed inspection with no issues. All in all a great experience with a professional group of people.

Technician Carlo sent a text before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. It also included his picture so I knew who to expect. He was prompt, courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was finished promptly and left me contact information if I needed it in the future. Great Job!!! He was here for an electrical panel recall. I would definitely call Carlo if ever needed for any electrical issues!!
