Outstanding service! These two young men were exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experts in their field. They confidently answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to thoroughly explain how our hot water heater functions. Truly impressive work!

Aiden and Landon arrived on time and corrected our problem quickly (a split pipe). They also recommended a Reconstruction Company that offered to work with our insurance company. Very satisfied with all of this, and done efficiently and professionally on a Friday afternoon.

Extremely responsive, reasonable, honest and effective. When the job proved much more involved and complex than initial assessments, Brad called in assistance for additional hands/tools/perspectives He also went above and beyond what was necessary to solve the problem in order to provide the optimal solution. The final result was a re-routing of the main drain for my 100 year-old house and I have tremendous confidence in the result, not only for the moment but for long-term service and maintenance. A true gentleman and a true professional.

Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and quick. Took the time to explain what was broken, how it was broken, and solutions. Took pictures of the damage items and then took pictures after the repairs were done. Keeping them saved as a contact for future plumbing needs.

I can highly recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions! They were professional during the entire process. They provided quality service and were punctual for both the estimate and repair. We had a lot to fix, and it was an overall good value. They offer a discount for multiple projects on the same ticket, this discount helped a ton!

In early March, they fixed multiple issues that we had going on in our house. In 2012, my husband and I moved back into his childhood home. The whole time our guest bathroom has not had a working shower, but we knew from other plumbing visits that to fix it would require cutting through drywall from another room and be a big project. Plus we had to fill a bucket with the cold water of the tub to flush the toilet, we have had two other plumbers visit over the years to fix this issue with no luck.

We finally decided to fix the hot water in our guest bathroom and other plumbing issues that my dad recommended that have happened over the years. We are expecting our first child in July and the out of town new grandparents were planning (before the pandemic) to stay with us to help out. We know we need our guest bathroom that is close to the nursery to be up and running.

Optimal Plumbing Solutions repaired the clean out in the front yard, replaced two outside hose bibs, replaced the shut off valve and supply line at the toilet, installed a shower/tub valve, and replaced shower arm with drywall cutout. Basically they fixed all the plumbing issues we have been procrastinating on fixing.

They did a fantastic job! Our pipes are safer and less likely to burst with the clean out repaired and the hose bibs replaced. Our guest bathroom now has a working shower and toilet again!

Note: I did not take photos of the outside issues, but here are some before and afters of the guest bathroom: new shower, old shower, new tub, and old tub.

Aiden was a very nice young man. Efficient and did a good job. Was on time and did everything he said he would.

A special shout out to woman who assisted me at 10p the night before. I had called around to several locations and got the same AI bot chat, but OPS called me back within minutes. She understood my concerns and helped me in locating all the proper shut off valves. Then set up to have someone come out first thing in the morning.

Aaron was great. He was patient when I had questions. He was efficient and replaced the water heater and regulator.

Aiden was superb. Hands down great experience, located issue with my water heater. Was very knowledgeable and provided options for me to resolve the issue.

Prompt appointment- next day after calling. Technician was ontime and very professional. I had options presented very clearly. Work was done and I am pleased. Will be scheduling more.

Aiden and Landon were professional, diligent, and polite. They listened to my problem, promptly conducted some testing, and after a camera shoot...located the issue. Swiftly got it resolved and our draining system is now clean. Finding construction debris in a new home is always a fun experience. Thank you Aiden and Landon for taking care of it for us.
