Drew did a great job fixing my toilet! Extremely personable and reasonable priced.

I had a new sink and faucet put into my kitchen, and replaced the outdoor faucet in my backyard. The work was timely, professional, and looks fantastic. I've used the PLMR before, based on a recommendation. He did a fantastic job then as well - he replaced my water heater underneath my house. Great work and professionalism both times. And the price was always great.

I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. He was also good at explaining what he was going to do and why. He was also cool about laying off the up-selling and just letting me get done what I had originally asked for. He is very responsive, punctual, thorough, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Drew/PLMR.

Drew was hired to repair 3 toilets in our home and also replace some plastic nuts with copper ones. He is upfront with his pricing no hidden fees .Drew took all Covid precautions when coming into our home. He was very neat and clean when working My home was spotless when he left. He also gave us alot of helpful information. Do not hesitate to use him if you need a plumber. He is the only one we will EVER use again

There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

We had a water heater emergency and Drew responded immediately and was able to replace the water heater the next day. He is responsive, professional and does quality work. We don't search for a plumber...we just call Drew. I highly recommend PLMR!!!
