Ned was great! Punctual and super knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was done within a couple of hours. He even made a trip out to Home Depot to get us another part so it would fit better. Would definitely use him again!

Plumbing Fixologist has been to my house 2 time in the past couple months and I could not recommend them more. Today, Ned came out to look at my leaky garbage disposal. He did a complete replacement in less than an hour and kept me laughing the whole time. He taught me some maintenance tips to avoid future repairs/expenses and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Thank you Ned , and the Plumbing Fixologist team for always being kind, knowledgeable and time-efficient.

He not only fixed my plumbing issues with the quickness but also took additional time at the end to let me know exactly what the issue was and how to manage it in the future. I received great communication from the office prior to the appointment and Ned arrived within the timeframe I was given. Honest company, very easy to work with. Ned came on-site same day very quickly, tried his best to fix my tenant’s clog, he was unable to fix it due to the nature of the issue so he recommended another company that could. I then hired him to service my tankless water heater at another property and he took care of it right away at a very fair price. Honest company that does great work! Highly, highly recommended!

Ned from Plumbing Fixologist was great. He arrived on time and followed all the right processes to identify the root cause of the leak from under the shower. I was not at the property, so Ned took time to regularly provide me updates on the progress along with pictures. The issue was resolved smoothly and the service charges were reasonable.

Ned fixed the issues effectively and even made an extra trip to Lowe's to make sure we have the parts replaced right away. I had a plumbing emergency. Called company and Ned was dispatched within 45 minutes. Ned gave a fair and reasonable estimate after diagnosing the problem. He had the problem repaired and we were up and back running within a hour. He also provided excellent consultation about questions we had regarding future projects. Fixologist should be your first and only call, my only regret is that I had not learned of this company until recently on Next Door and Thumbtack with past plumbing issues!

Ned was wonderful to work with! He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the appointment. We needed a new sink faucet, disposal hookup & filtered water faucet installed on our kitchen sink and he went above and beyond to reconfigure the under sink set up, install each item and triple check his work to ensure they were all working properly. Ned also replaced multiple eroded water valves under our sinks and stopped an ongoing leak.

I would recommend Plumbing Fixologist to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional plumbing company. It was a great experience from start to finish! We will definitely be using them again if we ever need plumbing work!
