If you are looking for a designer and contractor in one that thinks outside of the box and delivers extraordinary results, look no further than Constructive Design Group. If you're looking for a run of the mill project that looks like everyone else's, this is not the company for you.

If you need an example of extraordinary, take a look at the finished project on the home page of their website. That is our new pavilion and we could not be more ecstatic with the results and this space. It's incredibly warm, inviting and a great place to entertain. They hit it out of the park. If the temperatures weren't in the teens right now we'd be out there every day.

We had a few other contractors provide renderings of an extended patio in our back yard, but one of them ghosted us twice and the others came back with underwhelming ideas. We decided to keep looking and came upon some of their projects on Instagram. They were exactly who we were looking for to bring our vision to life.

When Bryan showed us the initial rendering we were blown away, but skeptical that it would look like the pictures. We couldn't have been more wrong. Bryan truly has incredible vision and his team executes on it with precision and passion!

Communication throughout the project was great. We started a text chain with Bryan and his team right from the start. This was a welcome addition to email because the responses were prompt and allowed us to rectify issues, get clarification on things, ask for changes or add-ons etc., quickly. It was our preferred an most used method of communication, which we appreciated.

Bryan and his team would also do in-person check-ins throughout the project to make sure we were happy, or when they wanted to present an unexpected change. Elena and Ashley are fabulous to work with and helped keep things on track. They even rolled up their sleeves numerous times and went to work.

If you're looking for a truly unique space that you can be sure you'll never see when you walk into anyone else's backyard, we highly recommend you work with Constructive Design Group. Maybe we'll we'll see you one day when they bring you over to show you ours.

Constructive Design Group has designed, installed, and enhanced multiple retaining walls at my house as well as come up with a comprehensive plan to redesign my entire back yard patio area. Their vision for success and beautiful design differentiates them from other landscape/hardscape companies, along with the best customer care around.

We just re-sodded our backyard (which was in dire shape) and Constructive Design was in charge of the project. They came early, worked quickly and efficiently and did a tremendous job; we can actually entertain now without being embarrassed! Based on our experience, I would highly recommend CD for any project needs.

My wife and I built the house of our dreams and moved in Dec 2014. And even though we had everything we wanted inside, the outside was a lacking focal point and we knew we wanted to get a bit of work done as soon as possible. We decided on Constructive Design Group, BECAUSE they were one of the most competitive and the most professional. Everything from edgers, nursery, edgers, design, firepit, etc. It was done surprisingly quick with attention to detail. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CDG and Bryan to anyone that wants to improve their outdoor living area.

Don't waste your time "shopping" around or looking for the cheapest one out there. I've already had a number of my neighbors go with CDG based on my experience and project completed.

Can’t say enough good things about Bryan and his crew. They took our disaster of a back yard and turned it into a beautiful, functional and useable space. Constructive Design Group was great to work with for my SuperSod installation. Communication was good, professional, and timely. The team worked hard on prepping the yard for installation and worked really fast laying the sod so I could start watering. They pressure washed the driveway so that it looked like they never were there besides the beautiful sod installed. Great job!

This team is phenomenal! Highly recommend. They are so easy to work with. They are honest, responsive, give clear communication and do really great work. They completely redid our front yard with retaining walls and it looks amazing. Call this team for your projects, you will be glad you did!

The CDG team helped us turn our house into a home - and that was no small feat on their part! They partnered with us over several months on a tight budget and with shifting requirements to effectively address our drainage and design issues. Inevitable bumps were handled collaboratively with a teamwork-makes-the-dream-work mentality. After getting several bids to do our screened in porch, we chose Constructive Design Group because of the clarity in communication and the professionalism Bryan exuded. Not only did CGD do a beautiful job on our porch, (which includes a fireplace, sitting and dining area) the whole crew was pleasant, friendly and did a great job cleaning up every day. Bryan took great consideration in pricing the job, so that we'd have an accurate idea of what we would be spending and didn't surprise us with any major unforeseen costs. We not only highly recommend CDG for your screened in porch or outdoor living space, we would not hesitate to use them again for future outdoor living improvements....I also want to add that we purchased a beautiful concrete dining table and bench that Bryan and Raleigh Slabs created for the dining area of the porch and they are GORGEOUS. We love having a one-of-a-kind dining area!

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the results of our backyard oasis. Bryan and his team added a large platform deck off our existing deck, custom trellises with planter boxes built directly on the deck for our Confederate Jasmin, walkway and steps in PA blue stone, custom vegetable and herb boxes framed in cedar shingles and a rock solid arbor to hold our twin size swing bed. We even ran natural gas lines to hook up our grill and fire pit! Excellent work and great customer service. We would highly recommend Constructive Design Group.

I contacted Bryan Perry with Constructive Design Group after the contractor I had chosen for a major landscaping and water mitigation project deserted the work prior to completion. After my previous experience, I was stressed and cynical, but from the moment I hired Bryan to the last shovel of dirt, he said what he would do, and he did it when he said he would. Even more importantly, CDG did it extremely well. I couldn’t be happier that my nightmare is now back to the dream I originally envisioned.
