All reviews for Arborex Tree Services

I had several trees trimmed on my property. Arborex Tree Service arrived as scheduled and completed the work efficiently and to my satisfaction. The crew was friendly and professional and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I have used this company in the past, and I will used them in the future for tree service if needed.

I can't say enough about how great Arborex tree service is. I've had 4 different tree services here taking down trees in the last 2 years. Arborex is the best by far. A far more professional crew, using far better equipment, giving me far better results. When they were done, everything was cleaned up. In fact I had them cleanup all the debris, logs and stumps the other tree services left for me to deal with. There was surprisingly little impact on my lawn, I assume that's because all their heavy equipment have rubber tracks instead of tires. I've used them before and definitely will use them again. Just outstanding in every way.

Quick response with clear and thorough description of the job. Employees are a hard-working team who are efficient, careful, and cheerful - just like their leader Usman. I thought the pricing was reasonable and clear. No more dead trees covered in vines or dead branches. Arborex is a joy to hire from start to finish.

Had some damage from the storm last night (8/7/2023). Made a call this morning to Arborex to discuss solutions. Once discussed, we were told his crew would be at the house at 7:15AM. At 7:15 his crew showed up, removed the downed tree from the front yard, in addition to cleaning up all debris in the driveway as well. The owner was professional, honest and courteous. I've used them in the past and keep going back as they provide excellent work. I highly recommend Arborex for all your tree removal needs!!

Arborex provides top knotch customer service & quality work for tree services. I have used them 4 or 5 times over the past decade+ to handle tree issues. For example, they diverted a crew one morning to clear a tree across my driveway to allow me to get cars out & get to work. They returned the next day after finishing the other job to finish ckearing my tree. I do not hestiate to call them for any tree issue I have. Similarly, I recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

A+ service and company. Arborex exceeded my expectations with their diligence and professionalism.

Usman is the man, great to work with when estimating, planning and on the day of work.

His team was efficient and effective to remove 7 trees from my backyard, in a subdivision. They did a great job grinding stumps after knowing I’m having my yard graded after.

Great job cleaning up debris after. You wouldn’t know they were here, except for the missing trees.

100% complete endorsement for Arborex.

Arborex did an AMAZING job on the clearing of my property, they were professional, SAFE, and left the site clean and tidy. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Usman was thorough and communicated with me every step of the way. 5 STARS!

Would highly recommend!!! On a weekend after a hurricane, the Arborex team quickly assessed our damage, fairly quoted us and prioritized our work for a special Sunday job. The crew was so awesome- the work was quick and well-executed. We requested fire wood logs and chips, which they neatly arranged for us. And, our yard looked brand new after they tidied up! Thank you!!!!

Arborex did a fantastic job removing dangling branches off of a dead tree after a storm. Of all the companies that came out in the area of an estimate, they were the only ones to get the job done and communicate with us every step of the way. Professional, timely, excellent follow through. We would absolutely recommend them and will call them again in the future!

The Arborex team recently removed 6 trees for us, including a huge, tall pine tree. From the first visit for an estimate, to the completion of the job, we were highly impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and expertise. Our job was pretty complex, with challenging access issues, and it required a crane as well as other heavy equipment. It was amazing to watch the crew at work. Each person had his own tasks, and the coordination and communication among team members was exceptional. They were very flexible and accommodating about our changing requests. Clean-up was complete and thorough, and you would hardly have known they were there once the job was done. Our neighbors had a similar experience. I highly recommend this company.

The attention to detail, professionalism, and timeliness to take care of customers cannot be beat. If you are in need of a company to take care of your trees, look no further than Arborex.

I have used Arborex 2-3 times. I appreciate the advice (to cut a tree or not, and when), the efficiency, time frame, the cleanup, etc. Honestly, I considered other vendors, but the trust & service delivery I have received are what brings me back.

The care and competence of Usman and the Arborex tree team is always amazing to me. They are so very careful, climb high to remove dead tree limbs, remove trees without damaging our home or property, and clean everything up like they were never there. I cannot recommend them enough, and will always use them when I need quality work at a price that is reasonable.

Very professional. Arrived on my site on time as we discussed. Wasted no time getting all the equipment in place to expedite the next morning’s start time. Arrived on time and started working. Excellent equipment and operator. The amount of work that was accomplished in the time they were on the job far exceeded what I had thought they would have done. They are my GO TO grinding company from here on !!

The Arborex crew did a fantastic job for us! We have 6 Willow Oaks 40-50 feet tall and 1 Magnolia tree that is close to 40 feet tall. They are all huge trees! The guys raised the canopies on all trees, pruned and shaped them. They removed the dead branches up inside the trees and cleaned up afterwards so perfectly you could not tell they had been here! We are very pleased with the job they did. Not only are they hard workers, but are very affordable. We highly recommend them and will certainly use them again! Glenn & Reba Pendleton

I recently hired Arborex Tree Service for tree removal, and I am beyond impressed with their work! From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. They arrived on time, handled the job with expertise, and left my yard cleaner than it was before they started. The entire process was smooth, and their attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend Arborex Tree Service to anyone needing tree removal services. They exceeded my expectations in every way!

Arborex team exceeded expectations! Their team demonstrated exceptional skill, efficiency, and teamwork, navigating delicate areas with care. Usman, the owner, was very responsive, prompt, and flexible. Same-day visit/estimate and quick scheduling were impressive. Highly recommend!

The workers were very considerate of the flower bed while accessing the great pine tree being removed. They left no trace of disturbance beyond the remnants where the tree was taken.
This truly was a job done with excellence!!!

We had a lot of work to be done: several tree removals with stump grinding, plus maintenance of some very tall trees on an awkward hill. Usman at Arborex was friendly, efficient, and was even able to squeeze us in to get the job done the very next day! The team was courteous and friendly, and they cleaned up all of the debris afterwards and were careful to avoid the plants I wanted to save. When I came out to take a look, they walked me around, showing me what they had done and confirming what still remained to be done. It was worth every penny!

Arborex did a great job removing a very tall white oak from our entrance and removing dead branches from adjacent trees. They were under a lot of time pressure because we had to close our main entrance to the neighborhood. They executed the job very efficiently. Their pricing was very reasonable, considering the equipment (crane, bucket trucks etc) they had to bring in.

They also cut down some trees in the back of our dam that was threatening some concrete structures. Again, very efficient and reasonable pricing. Also very responsive to questions and issues that arise during the bid process.

Professional team performed the tree removal. Every one of the crew was friendly, dedicated, and hard working. They made efforts to keep the site clean throughout and had all tree-cutting debris cleaned up before they left.

The crane proved very helpful and allowed us to keep power on to the house on a cold day while they worked, so that was a bonus. It was exciting to watch the crew and the crane work together to get the trees down and cut up.
